I have gotten so many award letters. I am trying now to report them as they are a fraud. They scam people. People need hope not scammed. These letters usually ask for money to be sent also. This one is to PDA-Processing service center, The Receiver Accounts Department, 37 northern BLV, #282, Greenvale, NY 11548. This one is asking for a check in the amount of $19.95. The name on letter is Gerald Bauer, President. It is an award letter for $2, 000, 000.00. It has ID# s P23-11T435 & [protected] & 0018792477A. I don't know what these numbers stand for. These people need to be stopped and punished. It gives false hope and is illegal.
I received a similar letter dated September 15, 2016 with my Personal Identification and File Number #[protected] notifying me that they office have tried to contact me repeatedly in regards to the confirmation of a pending release to me in the amount of $2, 000, 000.00, exactly, as confirmed in report of Entrant Directives for immediate dispatch to me on receipt fo your reply to this notification, requiring $19.95 report/ledger fee, to they offices will then finalize this matter to me immediately and In-Full. Signed from Gerald Bauer, Predient, Prize Disbursement Authority.
Today is January 9, 2018 and I never ever received anything.

Received prize notice available awards opportunity pending if I send the scammers $19.95 by September 28th 2016. Gerald Bauer President of prize disbursement authority for cash prize of $2, 000, 000. Send money to PDA Processing Department P. O Box 410 Uniondale, NY 11553. This should be against the law!
Yep I received the same letter on May 20, 2016. Same amount awarded and same fee required. And Brian Mills was also Chairman of the Board. My reveiver ID number is [protected]. I sent the first letter in without the $19.95 fee and wrote that is is illegal to require someone to pay any fee to receive monies you have won. Then I received this second letter stating that my earlier response was received but that I had forgotten to include the fee and then I got the letter On May 20th saying I am the confirmed winner and needed to send in fee required by May 24, 2016 and my winnings would be released... So I decided to research the company and came across this websie so decided to report them as well.
Received same letter from PDS Receiver Dept, 37 Northern Blvd #282, Green, NY 11548 . The name on letter is Brian Mills, Chairman The I.D older # is [protected] and a ID# P23-11T435 the amount for 2, 432, 000.00. This is the same thing. This is a spam. they wont the same amount 19.95.

How can these people be stopped and punished. It gives false hope and is illegal. Other people will be sending the money! Imagine $19.95 of one million people sending a check to them is millions of money for them.

Same sort of letter with Brian Mills, Chairman of the Board signing off on it. Says, "Ellie Johnson is confirmed as the Official 2016 Grand Prize Winner of $2, 432, 000 in Cash and Awards!" They got me once but not again, this is just wrong on all fronts and I agree it raises needless false hopes for people who are just hanging on for something.
Oh and my letter has Francis Minelli, President but from the same company as mentioned above.
