Power Windows installed approx. $40K worth of windows in our home around 2014. First couple of years there were a few windows with broken seals - those were replaced within a 2-4 month period - that's manageable. In subsequent years we've had additional windows replaced with more and more extensive response time. We are currently awaiting replacement of four defective windows from over thirteen months ago that have the same broken seal issue - if you've never seen this it is very noticeable and over time just gets more and more unsightly. In the meantime, we've had three additional requests for a total of 10 or twelve window replacements (including initial four from over thirteen months ago). We've actually been told that this was, in fact, a quality issue with the manufacturer and they have changed manufacturers... hmmmm... oh but wait, the replacement windows will be the same defective windows with the quality issue! In addition to continually deferring any replacement, they actually PLAN to replace these windows with defective windows! I plan to pursue legal resolution, since I don't think Power plans to make good on these horrendous windows. I went from being annoyed initially to now disgusted and angry that this company can actually be permitted to continue to do business.

I am also planning to contact Consumer Affairs office @ Phila. Attorney General's office and whomever else I can contact to warn off others.

Desired outcome: Since any replacement windows will apparently be of the same deficient quality, I'm not sure there is an outcome involving replacement; I would be happy to receive a refund for the original cost of these windows.
