Peaceful Acres Kennel review: Dog breeder

I bought a rare colored english bulldog from Peaceful Acres Kennel/Laurel Derouss Matthews for 6500$ i bought him as a stud dog. When i brought him homei noticed he had some hair loss, i took him to my vet for the 72 hour check up after purchase and turned out to be scabies. The worse part is he kept blacking out and just falling over, which turned out to be a severe elongated pallet. I got the scabies took care of but the soft pallet is a problem. I have took him to several vet that does the surgery, they wont do his bc its so severe. I have left Laurel messages to return my call, she will not. She gave me a contract that covers this problem and she will not honor it. The dog could die at any second. I have an appmnt comeimg up at OSU stillwater vet school, they apperantly have the updated equipment to do my dogs surgery which will cost [protected], if this puppy makes it till then. His condition is worsening and im pretty sure he had a seizure yesterday. I filed a complaint with attorney general anf they couldnt get anything out if her either, just that she wouldnt take him back or pay for anything. My last recourse was to hire attorney which i have now done, this has to be done in civil court, i am asking for her to pay all attorney fees and vet bill, including the 2500 dollar one that i will have in 3 weeks from OSU, also for a type of fraud bc she admitted to me that she asked her vet abt the soft pallet issue and he said that whoever bought the dog would just fix it, but gave me a contract saying he is well, thats fraud. its sad bc all she had to do was speak with me abt this and we would have figured something out, im easy to get along with.
