Ridiculous after sales support and lies to customers.

Bought a osim gaming massage chair slightly more than 1 year ago. Air lift starts to have problems and sink every now and then when sit on it. Contacted support and after many attempts, finally confirmed with the support staff to send someone to replace the air lift. Another staff (should be the service engineer) called Afew days later also to confirmed on the repair schedule.

Waited more than 2 weeks for the scheduled repaired, and no one came or called me so I called their support staff again. Was told it was cancelled with no reasons given. After complaining and asking them to check, was told that they will send someone to collect the chair from me to 'investigate" the problem, when it was already identified that the air lift was spoilt. I also have to wait for another 2 or 3 weeks for osim to come collect the garbage chair. When asked when will they send the chair back after the repair, the answer was not sure.

So they expect customer to sit on the floor when they take away the chair? Why isn't someone coming to replace the parts, rather than taking the whole chair away? The chair cost close to sgd 1k, but the quality is worst than a normal office chair that cost 1/5 of that garbage product. What's the point of the warranty if they cannot or don't bother to fix the product?

So much for a Singapore listed company. Buy their product with caution.

Desired outcome: Get someone to replace the air lift as they have promised, or they can collect that garbage and refund me whatever value is left.
