Mr. Nogales and Mr. Desaracho posed at attorneys and guaranteed my parents a loan modification and loan audit on their home. After failing to perform any of the work they guaranteed they came back and explained that my parents need to pay more money for legal representation for litigation. This is a bait and switch. Also I do not know if either man is really a lawyer but they took almost $4000.00 from my parents who do not speak English. They refuse to return our money and it has been months since we heard from them.

And MAILED OUT THE CELL PHONE INFO TO ALL ADVANTAGE TAX CLIENTS ! I guess you get the drift about this WACCO. My recommendation is DON'T HIRE HIM ! Jim Lupold has his own company too. Wait till I connect the company to JIM LUPOLD OWNER ! And oh, don't believe in his crap!
KATPLUS/Mr. JAMES LUPOLD even stole company files and sent them to the State Bar as Mr. ANONYMOUS only to result in the clients calling the company about their satisfaction on the work done, and the State Bar taking a formal report about this guys actions, establishing the grounds for a solid law suit against him. WOULD YOU HIRE MR. LUPOLD/ADVANTAGE TAX RESOLUTION VP AS EMPLOYEE AFTER THIS? BEWARE !

VP, who participitated in the company's lousy service and customer problems BEFORE THE COMPANY WAS PURCHASED IN OCTOBER, 2009. Now he is trying to PASS THE BUCK to others that have NOTHING TO DO WITH HIS DECEIPT. Mr. JIM LUPOLD EVEN STOLE LAW CENTER FILES and sent them to the State Bar as Mr. Anonymous only to result in the State Bar writing a report about Mr. JAMES LUPOLD that will expose him to malor legal problems. The law center had a serious talk with the State Bar about these bogus allogations, and was informed that the Law Center is in NO DANGER OF ACTIONS AGAINST THE FIRM ! WOULD YOU HIRE A PERSON LIKE MR. JAMES LUPOLD AFTER SOMETHING LIKE THIS ? BEWARE ! Soon you will be informed of his other business ventures to take heed of for your own protection !
OH, and ask KATPLUS Mr. LUPHOLD why the company had to move and change their phone numbers. BECAUSE HIM AND ACCOMPLISES LOCKED THE COMPANY OUT OF ITS OWN OFFICE. JUST WAIT FOR THE COURT ORDERS MR. LUPHOLD !
KATPLUS is a disgruntled ex employee of Advantage Tax Resolution Inc. who was never a client of the law Center and his comment is full of lies. He has eve sent false "PUBLIC NOTICES" to happy custers of the firm to defame the company with lies and misrepresentations. He has slandered many innocent people in his tirade of unfounded revenge. I worked there for only 2 weeks just enough time to see how innocent people were being screwed. To this date they owe me a weeks worth paycheck. Please take legal action against them.
