99.95 was automatically debited from my account on April 16, 2010. I found out over the weekend when tried to purchase gas from local store & came back insufficient funds. I immediately called my bank & they gave me the details of the automatic debit along with phone number of company. I called & got recording stating that they were closed. re-opening Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. first thing Monday morning I called & spoke to customer service rep. told her that her company debited my bank account without my authorization she verified all my info & told me that I was sent an email with confirmation of 99.95 being taken out my account. I then checked my email & there was nothing sent to me by that company or any kind of notification

I was looking into obtaining a payday loan or short term loan to help start a new business and filled out numerous pay-day loan web-sites. These sites only operate to obtain your information and are not lenders. Look at the bottom of the web-site of all of these site...they will have to state whether they are a lender. If they are not an actual lender, DO NOT FILL OUT ANYTHING ON THEIR WEB-SITE.
I did and I was debited $99.95 out of my account. I did not agree to any charge. I did not receive any pay-day loan, nor any benefit.
From the other complaints I read regarding this web-site fraud, it does not appear National Platinum will not or does not refund this money.
I just got off the phone with my bank and reported this fraud and had to close my current checking account and open another. This was relatively easy and I obtained a fraudulent claim number.

Bottom line don't offer any information to these payday websites, they are not lenders, don't bother calling National Platinum Services or some other "service." Report the fraud to your bank and get your money back.

I like doing business on the internet and 99% of the time I get what I want. So, let's work together, report the fraud, and shut down these businesses. Without receiving our money fraudulently, they will be out of business.

Best Regards,

This company National platinum services s being confused with platinum services. National Platinum services is an online shopping service, Platinum services is an insurance. National Platinum services said they sent me an email about approval for their services that I never received. They told me the email comes from service@memberservicesusa.com. Look out for this if you get it and don't cancel within seven days then they debit your account $99.95 and it is non-refundable.

I posted a complain a few minutes ago. Please read it. I got my money back from my bank by placing a fraudulent claim on this transaction. Don't just report it to your bank...report as fraud. If you are like me, the charges were done WITHOUT my consent. This is fraudulent. Report it as fraud and place a claim at your back. Let's shut these businesses down.
Thanks, Dave Mills

I also had the same problem but i contacted a insurance company online called platinum services and she gave me the name of the company that was actually taking the money called national platinum member services and a number that did not work she told me it might not and it didn't. when you Google it a site comes up as www.marketprosecure.com/national-platinum-card.htm. this site offers to get you a credit card from different card companies.
