In July2023 I used this website once for one resume and paid $2.95 for it and cancelled in my settings straight away to prevent more billings after the trial. However Feb2024 which is 8 months later, I saw my bank account was overdrawn and checked the transaction history, only to find out that i was charged $34.95 every 4 weeks for a website i only used once in July last year. It was very frustrating to find out i had $ 279.6 taken out of my account, now i'm struggling to pay my bills! So i logged onto the website straight way and pressed cancel my subscription which i did not agree to. At the same time i sent an email asking for refund but no reply for a week. Now a week later, I saw the billing of $34.95 in my account again! I had to call them but the guy on phone kept talking about the terms of conditions saying I had to pay for the subscription and refused to refund me $314.55 in total. I said i did cancel online, he asked for cancellation code which the website did not show me when i pressed cancel. He agreed to cancel for me now and refunded me half of my last billing ($17. 48). I did received en email about cancellation but when i tried to double check on my settings but the page simply would not open. I'm not happy with the result after calling the customer service as I deserve to get the full refund.

I've been feeling very depressed after that and it's affecting my mental health and my ability to work.

I'm here sincerely requesting that myperfectresume will handle this issue and stopping scamming and please charge people reasonably and fix the problem of cancellation so no one else will suffer like me.

I'm asking again, Please refund me the rest $297.07!
