Paid for a move ($415,23) on may 23 2022 from a uhaul to an upstairs bedroom (full suite). Person moved one box and then left. Moving help was no help for a refund. Credit card charge is under dispute. Moving help say they are a transaction company and cannot assist. That is because they transact garbage. They have a good website, and marketing pitch, but customer beware! Because they are not worth your money!
I tried to reach out to the company immediately when the issue occurred, but no response by web or telco.
The pics provided are of two tiny women, and one disabled veteran moving a uhaul contents that the company was paid a lot of $ to do!
Desired outcome: Paid a lot of $ to move some boxes and heavy furniture from the street to inside the house. The company took my money, moved one light box, and left. I would like a refund for services not provided.
