Dear all,

I am Heman Ajmera from Mumbai – India. I am here a share my horrifying experience with MIDDLE EAST WASTE MANAGEMENT -JEDDAH BASED supplier of all types of polymers from Saudi Arabia.

This company has a good presence in all the B2B websites and also takes part in leading exhibitions in CHINA, just to promote their company’s image.

We are indenting agents and had recommended this company to our customer. As we did not have any prior dealing with this company, we decided to be absolutely cautious.

We placed our first TRIAL order for LD and HD mix resin. We were given all the photographs and details about the product. To reconfirm the quality, we planned to visit JEDDHA to inspect the material and load the same.

We were communicating with the sales man called Mr. SARWAR ALI KHAN. They are all given Sales man Number, and he was no. 5.

We had inspected each bag at their godown. The entire lot was good and was as per our requirement. We were informed that the vessel is not available and thus the material will be shipped later. We were assured that the same material will be kept aside and will be shipped as soon as they book a vessel.

When we got the cargo in INDIA and on unloading it we found that only 30% of the material was as per our inspection and 70% was totally different and absolutely scrap for us.

There are no replies to our claims.

ALSO NOTE:
- They work on advance TT payment. Our customer had made excess payment as per their PI but the actual qty shipped as per BL and INVOICE was less. Thus, they were entitled to a refund of a small amount of US$400, which till date they have not refunded. (For the reasons best known to them)
- Actual weight as per the invoice and what we actually received was also different. Our customer received lesser qty than that mentioned on the INVOICE.
- We have not even received our commission also, for this deal.

I have all the documentary evidences for anyone who wishes to see it.

My suggestions to their potential buyer would be:
1) QUALITY IS NOT ASSURED
2) YOUR ADVANCE PAYMENT IS NOT SECURED (AND THEY WORK ONLY ON ADVANCE PAYMENT)
3) IF YOU ARE AN AGENT THAN YOUR COMMISSION WILL NEVER BE PAID
4) THESE CHEATERS WILL DISAPPEAR AFTER ONE DEAL.
5) MANAGEMENT WILL NOT EVEN BOTHER WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU...
