I buy (01-oct-2013) one menatelcom myfi model MF 350, postpaid line per month 9B.D, speed up to 16mp, the first month its working normal, now menatelcom lunching new device 4GLTE, then the company reduces my package speed now only .35kps,
I contact with the branches and customer care around 15 days Isa town branch technician saying he was helpless, call center advice me to buy 13BD package with 4GLTE, that is the only solution.
Then I put a complaint this problem though branch customer care reprehensive (reference No: [protected]) now one week, nobody calling back from the mena telcom,
Now I am disappointed because the menatelcom cheating this kind of offer giving to the 100of customer, then they are not care the customer,
I don’t want any more menatelcom, because this type of irresponsibility,
Please do the need full for this issue as soon as possible,
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
