Loyalty Travel Agency LLC/chase Ultimate Rewards review: Failure to notify me of trip cancellation

I purchased a ticket using Chase Ultimate rewards, I just found out they use Loyalty Travel Agency LLC to book tickets on airlines. I booked a ticket a month in advance. Apparently the route was cancelled. This was for a flight in a foreign country. I show up at the airport, the ticket counter agents do not speak English. I was informed on the spot there was no flight. The airline, did not help me. The real problem was this agency that failed to notify me of this cancellation ahead of time. I was basically stranded in a foreign country. I had to buy a ticket on the spot and pay 3 times more, all because this travel agency did not tell me in advance the route on the airline was cancelled.
