Hi,

I have had a nightmare dealing with your customer service I kept getting promised I would get a phone call back on more than 4 occasions I spent half the day on the phone yesterday and Monday trying to resolve this problem and had no success. I then last night used my friends card and when I put in my address and details the transaction would fail but eventually I used his address and details and it worked so there must be something up with my actual account details and what you have on your system as my card is fine and my bank said they were not getting any notification from Louis Vuitton for payment. I have had a terrible experience trying to buy from your site, I have never had this problem shopping online before and this has ruined my experience, the item I bought my wife a leather bracelet is the 2nd time I have purchased this in the space of 2 months the 1st I bought in Paris and the catch on the bracelet didn’t seem to work great as it would come loose so I brought it into Louis Vuitton in Brown Thomas in Dublin and they said it looked fine but within 3 months my wife was walking through Dublin and the bracelet just fell off her wrist and was gone, after paying over €350 for it I felt the quality was not great and our suspicion that the catch wasn’t working properly was correct so I phoned your customer service and explained this to which I was told there was nothing they could do. I have bought my wife 2 bags a couple of scarfs 2 bracelets and earrings from Louis Vuitton and found the experience over the past 2 days and the fact that I brought the original bracelet back but was told it was fine very unsatisfactory and disappointing to be honest.

Desired outcome: Compensation for faulty original bracelet and the time I wasted trying to purchase from their site over 2 days when I was wrongly informed 3 of my cards were faulty when it’s actually a fault with their software
