I tried these guys for a company logo and website design ($578.00) and ended up having to hire an attorney to get my money back. After 3 weeks, I got all of my money back. Take a look at heir website. No physical address, edited pictures, the one on the bottom left has their company name on the wall, but it clearly shows that the original name was erased. None of these guys have last names, there is no finance department... the credit card processing is done out of a residence. They truly have the intention of taking your money and not giving it back. hen confronted about refunds, they leave the on-line chat or just give you the run around. They talk about awards on their website, but there is nothing anywhere on the www that says that they won any. Their website "portfolio" consists of several designs but none are active or real businesses. They all contain the same layout. They use worse than clipart designs and they will keep your money unless you fight back. I hired an attorney, filed a complaint with the F.B.I., IC3 (F.B.I. affiliate), Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission and my attorney hired a Barrister in the U. K. They use several company names, use deceptive advertising (money back guarantee), use someone else's stock photos to make it look like a real business and are just down right ###. Take a look at their "staff" email's. NONE are any of the people I dealt with. Mark, Abina, Kimberly Turner, James Barker, Ellen, Janet, all aliases. I think in order to issue a refund, someone else has to fall victim to their scam. I got my money back, but I am not through with these guys yet. I want to shut their internet operation down completely.
Initiate a chargeback with YOUR credit card company and talk to an attorney.
I believe the above company is US based. I asked them to construct a website for me at a cost of £624. Their websites, both co, uk & .com promise a full money back guarantee if the customer is not happy with their work. They make a big thing out of their guarantee & say they will send it within 5 days of the customer asking. To cut a long story very short, their work is hopeless and they will not allow you to talk directly to their designers, who I suspect are in Indea.Despite over a month going by they have still not refunded me. In fact they will not talk to me either by phone or email. BUYER BEWARE!
I lost over a thousand 500dollars with this company. They dragged me past getting a refund from my Bank which was 3 months. When after almost 1 year https://www.logodesignguarantee.com/contact.php . Once on the site I could not edit in the control panel and place a Policy and edit other parts to get approved for an merchant account with the Bank that I hold my business account with. The control panel freeze. I have asked Logo design guarantee many months to get the problem resolved. Mr. James Barker always sent emails that he would resolve the problems. December 2013 made 1 year and the website http://www.phonecelltronic.com/ just sit there. I can not load any products on my website. Only to get logodesignguarntee.com they also go under another website. I was told by my Bank that the name of the company that took my payment was http://www.50dollarlogo.com/ I tried to call the company, but it has no number just an information sheet for them to call you. No one has called me from that company. I am warning anyone that use this company not to fall in the same shoes that I did. I have to start over with a (sadden) total lost. These companies will continue to cheat people out their hard earn money. I really think they are using demo temp plates appearing that they are building a websites knowing the site will not work. I can not load anything nor will the Tech call me to solve the problem. I will find a local web builder and hope that they can do something with the site hoping that this company will unlock the FTP.

Elaine I was told that Logo design will host my website for one year once site completed and turn over to me. The team designed a website with video. But the wesite do not have a video section

I also commissioned logodesignguarantee to do a logo, designs were very poor and nothing to do with my specification, looked like they had been taken out of a very cheap clip art. I have sent around twenty emails chasing my refund and still has not been issued, going against the very name of the company. Total and utter ### who will take your money and give nothing in return
