This company is scanning people who are in deperate need of a Loan Modification. Back in Oct 2008 I paid this company 3 checks. One for $600., $550. and $550. The first check for $600. was cashed by S & M Loan Modification Services Inc. Since then I heard nothing about the status about my modifaction being processed. I wind up putting a stop payment on the last two checks. This company has no use to assisting anyone from losing there home. All they do is take your money hold it for 3 month then run and change there business name over to another company. If you ever run into a man by the name of Micheal Mondry or Joesph Souza. Please do not ever work with them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I am writing this not as a complaint but yet a compliment. I worked with Joseph Souza and Loan Doctors of America based out of New York not Florida and I had the most amazing experience ever. They started working with me in October 2009 the process ended in January 2010 they took my mortgage payment from 3439.61 to 2038.92 and saved me over 1400 a month and not only that I was a month behind and I didnt have to pay it cuz it was included in what they did. And they were always professional called me back and kept me updated. I feel they deserve a compliment instead of a complaint and I hope they post this the same way. I would recommend them to anyone any time.

I, too, was scammed by a Joseph Scouza from Loan Doctors of America who has relocated from Florida probably to run away from stealing monies there. I believed that he was going to help me modify my mortage loan payment. He sweet-talked me into believing that it wouldn't take more than 90 days to finalize the loan modification. After doing business with his brother, I went along with it and gave him a check for over two thousand dollars. He is the biggest scam artists. He actually sent in paperwork that the bank requested late and I was denied. He knows all the "ins-and-outs" on how to keep your money. I was exhausted from chasing him with phone calls, texts with no responses. It was a tragedy. He should be put in jail.
Bank of America has been doing the same thing with my mom. She is in desperate need of a loan modification and they keeping saying they have not gotten her necessary paper works. SHE has sent it in THREE TIMES! Then this last time she sent in her paper work was the day she got the third notice of her papers "not being received." She got on the phone with a manager so she could personally fax her materials to him. She then faxed it. Then she called that same manager back and he confirmed that he had received them. Then months later she received a letter from Bank of America saying she sent in the paperwork too late! There has be something an average person can do against the hardships Bank of American been putting Americans through.
I've been a recent victim. The numbers I've had are all disconnected. Bank of American Home Loam Servicing has no record of speaking with Professor Mortgage since March of this year. I've been lied to by Michael Mondry since March up until now.
Professor Mortgage has an F rating with the BBB- they never answer the complainst againts them. They are being investigated by the Florida State Attorney Generals Office. Mike Mondry is a criminal with a long recors of arrests which include drugs. He is a low life scam artist and his girlfriend Sharon Valentine is the one with a brokers license, not Mondry and the laws now state anyone originating modifications must be licensed. His staff are former and current members of a halfway house. They are not experienced loan officers in the mortgage business., He pays them 10 an hr to make calls, They drink beer on the premises, smoke weed in the back of the building too. They are the most disgusting people to deal with. He is a major BS artist and deserves to be thrown out of the business. he does not refund any money ever. he cant even make payroll for his staff. Its the most dysfunctional office. And the office itself is a dump located in a warehouse district, not in an office environment. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, HE IS NOT AFFILAITED WITH ANY ATTORNEY., THERE ARE NO ATTORNEYS WORKING ON ANY FILES .. THERE ARE NO ATTORNEYS IN THE BUILDING.. HE NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. ### of the earth..
Loan Doctors of America and Professor Mortgage are not related at all. Loan Doctors fired Mike Mondry back in October of 2008. Since that time Mike Mondry now owns Professor Mortgage who tried to pose as loan doctors of america, steal funds and client files and that is why Loan DOctors recieved all of there compliants. Since Loan Doctors has parted and seperated from Mike Mondry his Fiance Sharon Valentine and there scam there has not been a complaint or unsatisifed customer in over a year. Loan Doctors does apologize for any bad experience that anyone had. FYI- the woman who is complaining about here 3 checks never even started the processes she wrote 3 bad checks none of which were even cashed. Her process was never even started because she bounced her first check, lied about her information on her package and income and assets and was never truthful about anything from the start. Furthermore, the real Loan Doctors of America is not located in Florida they are located in NY and they have an outstanding reputaion and will continue with such.
I also used this service and just found out now this company has changed their name Loan doctors of america is now Professor mortgage company - TOTAL SCAM- Mike Mondry is the owner and Ive paid this company they say they charge the total of your monthly mortgage payment and that is illegal for a non lawyer to charge an upfront fee for a loan modification. WATCH OUT FOR PROFESSOR MORTGAGE< LOAN DOCTORS OF AMERICA< AND MIKE MONDRY - SCAM ARTISTS FEEDING OFF OF PEOPLE IN NEED OF HELP
