I hired Lawn Doctor of Moorestown- Medford to apply fertilizer treatments to my lawn. They recommended a plan that would cover 6 visits to my house. After several months, I noticed that my front lawn was taken over by weeds while the backyard was fine. I called 5 times over a period of several weeks and was promised that a manager would call me. The manager NEVER called. Finally, I got a hold of a receptionist that told me that they were only doing my backyard. Nothing was ever mentioned that the service was only for my backyard.
As a result, I will have to kill my front lawn and re-plant. Meanwhile, they have failed in handling any issues. I would never recommend them and would warn everyone to be aware of pricing scams.
Have had them for YEARS and I believe they changed ownership in the last few years because they are hardly ever in the office, give out almost no information (including the name of the owner and for a while the manager!) and the manager never, ever, called me back--not once! Due to them failing to act promptly after having to call them (which I should have to do because their "technicians" were out there when my bushes were having issues and dying and it was obvious they don't pay attention to anything and if I don't force them to do anything they don't) I lost two 20 year old shrubs. Finally got someone to come out and look (was promised a manager), and all they did was spray DEAD shrubs--what good is that?! All this and I have their "God" program and both lawn as well as tree & shrub. Have been calling since MARCH and have yet to speak to a manager! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! INCOMPETENT, EXPENSIVE, TERRIBLE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
