Lake Sumter Apartment Homes review: Racial discrimination

I applied for an apartment with a dependent. I was told the non-refundable fee is $90 dollars, yet they asked for $390 ($300 dollar being a hold fee). They asked for a form my dependent did not own and could not provide because the federal government could not give it to her, and based on that, they refused to process my application. I was the main white applicant responsible for the full rent and my dependent was a non-white female adult which was stated on the application. They did not ask me for the same identification documents as they asked her. They are a racist company and they make decisions based on race to keep non-whites out of their complex. They also refused to return my $300 dollars due to my dependent's inability to provide the form she did not own. They lie about the $90 dollar non-refundable deposit and they steal $390 from you if they don't like you.
