This is a warning to all - do not use Kitchen Studio! I have had nothing but problems since using this company. The sales representative lied to me, made be believe that they did everything from beginning to end - eg deliver and fit - and did not inform me that I had to contact the fitters or even give me a list of fitters to choose from and gave me a quote out of the air without any paperwork to back this up. RR - their representative from their Tottenham branch- always had an excuse not to have time to see me to sort matters out and I have corresponded/phoned their customer services department (some seem to be genuinely concerned) from the beginning of my woes but even they seem to be unable to have any influence at all over sales representatives or managers who constantly ignored requests to contact me to finalise any details.

All the sales representatives and managers want are the orders. After placing the order and receiving notice of delivery it turned out that as the customer I was all responsibility by accepting delivery, count boxes, inform them of any shortages, and then contact my fitter. What fitter? I still don't know who was supposed to do the work!

I have even sent by recorded delivery a copy of all my correspondence to their Head Office and guess what - no response!

Thank goodness I have their e-mail address so that I have written proof of everything. They are now refusing to refund my deposit which I will now have to try and obtain by other means. They are a shady, unreliable and awful company to deal with - and yes, I am one of those people who have now found out their terrible reputation from others AFTER dealing with them - so be warned.

Kitchen studio is very bad. Their showroom looks good and sales consultants are active while they wanting a business from you. But once they have you they forget about you. They are so rotten inside. Today is 24 Jan 2023 and I haven’t had a kitchen from 23 Oct 2022. I always have to follow up on them. My consultant needs to be reminded of meetings and her promises to feedback. Nothing is forthcoming. Their contract only protects them and has nothing that defines their commitment to customers.

I am beyond frustrated with this company. I have 4kids and living without operating kitchen is hard. Initially I was promised a complete kitchen before Christmas … but here I am and there is no recourse …. I don’t even know who to escalate the issue to. I have been working with Sam (sales consultant) and Anil (fitting dept) umhlanga branch Durban

Kitchen studio is very bad. Their show room looks good and when they still want business from you they are active. Once you are in they treat you like [censored]. Today is 24 January 2023 and I haven’t had a kitchen from 23 October 2022 when they told me it was time to demolish my old kitchen. To this very day they are not done with my kitchen. Every time I must follow up with them to remind my sales consultant about meeting and feedback she has promised. 8 have been working with Sam (umhlanga branch) and Anil (fitting dept). I am beyond stressed.

And they are happy in their houses and happy they reached sales targets. They do not care at all about service

Hi,

Unfortunately we are having many issues with our local Kitchen Studio as well. But I have not managed to find any details of a head office at all. Do you have an email I can use?
