On 6 May 2023 I ordered 9 piece chicken, when I got home I found that 2 pieces was just fried bone in batter another 2 pieces very small ans another piece just skin fried in batter. Kfc made me feel as if I am a dog and I refused to eat that crap. I rode 16km to kfc and 16km back home again=32km in total for crap like this. I complained to kfc on Facebook and they said someone will contact me, yet I am still waiting. I took the chicken back to that kfc the next day, manager saw that pathetic looking chicken and agreed with me that it is rubbish. Gave me new chicken and to compensate 2 small packet of chips... Pathetic after I wasted my petrol on 2 trips back and forth 64km in total not to mention my time. KFC Heugh Road Walmer Port Elizabeth worst service ever treating their customers like damn dogs. Kfc Facebook page was also useless in assisting... Worst customer service ever.

I went to KFC in Bismarck North I ordered my meal. It was a 2 piece chicken dinner. And a ma. And cheese bowl meal. I was told to pull around the other vehicle that was waiting I waited about 20 minutes and the gal came out with the order and it was for the car thT was behind about 4 minutes later 2 gals came put. When I looked in my order we didn't get the Mac and cheese bowl meal. I told one of the gals and she told me you paid for the Mac a d cheese bowl not the meal and walked away. So I pulled put of the parking and opened my chicken. Box and I had a 3 piece meal instead of a two

I was the only customer (drive thru only) For some reason both doors were locked. sign said drive through only. I thought wow I was given the order instantly. No one else was there. Parking lot empty drive through empty. I debated to peek inside but I didn't. When I opened the boxes, the chicken was so dry and looked like it was old. Grease was all on the bottom of the box and the coloring of the chicken was not the light golden color in the pictures. It was the darkest from KFC I have ever seen. We could not slice the biscuit, it was so dry it crumbled. WE had to toss the items and my husband said "never order this again". Sincerely Patricia Stoll Patti. [protected]@att.net [protected]

Tonight I have reached my limit. Once again, my food was missing from the drive through order and didn’t find out until I got home. 12 pc nugget combo with no nuggets. This has happened several times over the past two years in a Bangor and Brewer KFC restaurants. Tonight, it was Bangor that failed. It’s a 50% failure rate. It’s either my meal, or someone else in my family in the same order. Tonight it was me. Last week it was Brewer and my daughter’s meal.

So, I’m done. As I eat cereal for supper instead of nuggets, I’m officially announcing to you that I’m done giving you my money for repeated failures at these two restaurant in Bangor and Brewer, Maine. I’m not going to any of your restaurants anywhere anymore.

I wish you no ill will, but I’ve had enough.

Upon arrival for pickup told order not ready. Had to wait 20 minutes extra for chicken order and also had no pot pies. They would replace pot pie with famous bowl. Kfc store 15-20 minutes away. When opening bag at home - only had 1 famous bowl and 1 mac and cheese bowl. No replacement for pot pie. What should have been a simple on line order became an hour production and minus food and/or refund

I have just visited the drive through at chestfield, we live less than a mile away and we arrived at 4.55pm with one car in front of us we ordered at 5.14pm and got or food at 5.45pm when I arrived home the chicken was soggy and tough so after a bite it all went in the bin ! Also all food was cold a very disappointing and unpleasant experience with what was supposed to be a treat ! how do I get a refund ?

I won a R1000 voucher by entering a competition at radio station Algoa FM December 2022. Since then I had endless problems with the voucher at many stores. Every time I want to order something with the code they tell me it's not valid. The contact person Gillian Abboy promises to sort it out, but it is always a problem. HOW CAN KFC PROMISE VOUCHERS THAT DON'T WORK, THIS HAS BEEN VERY FRUSTRATING FOR ME AND MY FAMILY PLEASE SORT THIS OUT, KIND REGARDS ANGUS REID [protected].

Dear KFC Customer Service Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the Twister meal that I recently purchased from your restaurant on the 25th of April 2023 between 21:30 and 22:00 at KFC Ballito. The Twister meal that I received did not resemble the one that was advertised, and it was quite a letdown. Firstly, the wrap was poorly assembled and did not contain fresh ingredients as the one in the advertisement. The chicken was dry and overcooked, and the lettuce was wilted and stale. Additionally, the tomatoes were soggy and unappetizing.

As a customer, I expect to receive the same quality of food that is advertised, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I understand that there may be some variations in the appearance of the food due to factors such as cooking time and presentation, but the difference between the advertised Twister meal and the one I received was quite significant. I am a loyal customer of KFC, and I expect better from your restaurant. I hope that you can take my feedback into consideration and improve the quality of your products in the future. I would appreciate it if you could take steps to ensure that your food is presented and prepared as advertised.
