I wanted to reach out to you all and let you know of a terrible situation that I have been placed in at the hands of a fairly well known marketing person located in here in California named KELLY O’NEIL.
We are all extremely passionate about the work that we do and any form of help and support that we can bring in to help our dreams of successful entrepreneurship come to fruition is greatly appreciated. I believe that it is my duty to warn you all about KELLY who took advantage of my vulnerability and desire to become successful in my business and help people around me. KELLY breached our contract, misrepresented herself and her services and full on exploited my trust. Further, she lacked any form of professionalism and respect. I paid her $10, 000 to perform a specific task and once I paid her the money, not only was I put on the back burner, but when I raised concerns about her service, she proceeded to tell me that I had anxiety and was “spinning out of control.” She continuously disrespected me, from what imagined to be her effort to “shut me up” and would not make any attempt to meet the contract that we both agreed to.
Because of this incident, not only am I out the $10, 000 I paid her, but the time and energy that I must now put into standing up for myself and my business is priceless and heartbreaking. I hope that my experience can be one that the people I care about can learn from.
My plea to you is be very careful when bringing people on to your team and if people make promises that sound too good to be true, then they probably are. STAY AWAY FROM KELLY O’NEIL!
Update:
Kelly finally had an attorney contact me to settle our dispute! ..then, when it came down to it, she pulled out of the negotiation. Several people have contacted me sharing their horror stories about Kelly and how she ripped them off as well... some of them are too scared to speak up for themselves, because Kelly has her attorney send threatening letters or she threatens them in other ways.
Kelly continues to lie and act completely unprofessionally. My next step is to picket in front of the events that she speaks at, to speak to local and national media and continue to let people know about my experience with Kelly O'Neil International!
...People hate Kelly so much that even a member of her extended family contacted me with very shocking information about Kelly's personal life.. I'm not going to share that info here, as I don't want to hit below the belt, I just want justice served!
KELLY, PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING AND LETS PUT THIS BEHIND US... before it gets REALLY ugly!
Just wanted to add that she moved to Las Vegas and goes by Kelly K. O'Neil now (almost 5 yrs later) so people have a more difficult time finding complaints about her online (of which there are many) ...Her latest scam is The Women's Leadership Academy http://womensleadershipacademy.com/ ..she also has http://ignitebusinesscoaching.com/
After almost 5 years, I STILL have people contacting me about how this person scammed them and stole thousands upon thousands of dollars or didn't pay them thousands she owes them... some people have had to file bankruptcy and some have even LOST THEIR HOUSE because of this con artist.. she does it to her employees too... here is a link to the scam report about her:

She over promises (on things that she's TOTALLY incapable of delivering) kisses your butt, pulls out ALL the sales stops, makes you feel important and does whatever she can in the beginning so you feel compelled to give her a testimonial when she asks (so she can use it to scam other people), but after she gets her money and your testimonial, she's done..off with your money and your energy! ..and the testimonial that she uses against you later when u express concerns! (and in my case to other victims she's trying to scam)
VERY scary! She's a motivated entrepreneurs WORST nightmare! BEWARE ...after almost 5 years, she's still going strong.. in my opinion, she must have thousands of victims by now!
I am disappointed that you feel so strongly that your experience did not yield the results you desired. Our client’s happiness is incredibly important to us as is apparent by the hundreds of testimonials we have on our sites. Occasionally we do come across a client who fails to implement our recommendations and therefore achieves less than desired results. Unfortunately, that is out of our control and it is not our responsibility to pay for their lack of action.
I am a big believer in free speech. And I am also a big believer in integrity. On the rare occasion that we have had a client who did not enjoy their experience, we have gone above and beyond to make it right even if we satisfied our commitments because it is the right thing to do and we have built a reputation based on those results.
I personally, as well as two people on my team did attempt, on multiple occasions, to work this out with you – especially given the fact that you were raving about your exceptional experience working with us so many months all over Facebook, in emails and in twitter – including a multiple tweets sent in January and February of 2010. On February 4th (two months after receiving your plan and 5 months after your vip day) you said “@kellyoneil I LOVE and respect your honesty!” Right before you asked to sign up for another program with me and Kevin Nations but claimed you didn’t have the financial resources.

It really isn’t possible to “force” someone to provide a testimonial. You provided that of your own free will as did the other several people at that event: www.marketingtomillionairesretreat.com.
You also were filmed as a part of our panel where you shared step by step in front of the entire crowd everything we have done for you and recommending that other people sign up to work with me. (We have that video as well.)
Again, I am sorry it has come to this but I know we provided you with everything in your contract AND more – including TWO cash infusion plans which by your own admission were never implemented. I am comfortable with your opinion; however I am very uncomfortable with you spreading documentable lies and terrorizing my team.
Your behavior in this manner has gone beyond a disgruntled client. You have in writing attempted to extort money out of me, slandered my company publicly, defamed me publicly and consistently harassed me and my team members to the point of them being concerned about their well being. It simply isn’t emotionally healthy behavior. Under the circumstances, we have filed a restraining order to protect my family, myself and my team.
We do really hope that you receive the help you need and understand that you must be in a very dark place to behave in such a way.

That is so weird that you had that experience. I have heard AMAZING things about Kelly and her work from a ton of different people.
