Kalin Kalaidjiev review: Kalin Kalaidjiev and Corrupt police 1

I have an apartment at Three Mountains, Razlog. I own the apartment and have the deeds. Kalin Kalaidjiev has drilled the lock of my apartment (and at least three others) and taken all of the furniture and my dishwasher. When the police were called by the alarm company the Razlog Police Inspector turned up with one of Kalin's friends and let him carry on. A complaint has been made to the police on my behalf but they say there is no proof that Kalin stole my property!

Kalin is a thief and should be prosecuted. There are plenty of witnesses and I hear he is trying to sell items locally now. If this was the UK the police would have stopped him and he would have been arrested. The fact that the police say there is no proof when there are plenty of witnesses (including police) and CCTV shows that they are corrupt and are aiding and abetting Kalin.

I was planning to stay in my apartment for 3 months next year and this will not be happening now. I do not feel that I want to stay in a place where people can commit crime and the police take no action. I hear that Kalin is now thieving from other apartments. Owners of these apartments will be just as angry as I am and when we start to publicise what is happening it will give Razlog and Bansko a very bad name. It will put people off investing in the area - I certainly wish that I had not invested in Razlog and I had bought an apartment elsewhere.

Can you please tell me who to complain to about Kalin. I want my furniture and goods returned. I want someone to do something about the corrupt police in Razlog.
