The K2-incense.com website is part of an internet scam that includes a group of websites that all tie back to K2verified.org, as part of a diabolical scheme to trick the world into thinking that there little group are the only ones who sell "authentic", "genuine" or "real" K2, when the truth is that they are the biggest counterfeiters and fraud artists of all K2 resellers out there! Guess what? Through K2verified.org they verify only their own websites, and they have several of them to make it look like it's something other than the biggest scam out there! These guys are total liars, and from the research I've done, IT IS THESE GUYS WHO ARE SELLING BOGUS GARBAGE THAT THEY ARE MAKING IN THEIR GARAGE! Don't get suckered by these ripoff artists. I'm not sure who is "real" and who is not, but it looks like most all of the people on their list of "fraudulent" and "counterfeit" resellers are, in fact, the legitimate vendors who are buying from the people who worked with the place where this stuff got started in the USA, which was Bouncing Bear Botanicals out of Kansas. To the extent there is anyone who could be called "genuine", "authentic" or "real" in the K2 area, especially, because it's only be in the USA for about a year and one-half, it's people that were associated with Bouncing Bear.

Also, these con artists claim to have the trademarks on K2. It's a lie! I've researched the Federal registrations for trademarks, service marks, copyrights, etc., and THEY DO NOT HOLD ANY MARKS WHATSOEVER FOR ANYTHING!

LIES, LIES, AND MORE LIES!

Spread the word!

I need help!
I suffer from many things, including, but, not limited to panic attacks and an anxiety disorder, as well as, suffer from often debilitating back and neck pain and migraines that can last for days. I've tried everything the Dr's wanted, but, no help from any Rx's.
Cannabis is the only thing that helps me, but, it's not legal in Georgia. Oh, I have a really high tolerance too!
Any advice? Are there any products that work and are legal in Ga?
Which types should I try for my issues?
Someone please help me with some legitimate advice,
thank you

I am ordered 1 3 gram bag of K2 Summit from http://www.k2legalsmoke.com/ a couple of months ago. Quality was good, so I ordered 3 more, 3 gram bags. Same thing - I was pleased with the results. I just ordered another 9 grams that I received yesterday and it is TOTAL BUNK. I am thinking this is a bait / switch type of opersation. Right now I have an email out to them with my complaint. I plan to dispute this on my credit card if I do not get my money refunded.

And no, I am not 'affiliated' with any company. Just a consumer trying the figure out WTF is going on.
Who can I buy from? Is everyone a bait and switch crook in this business?

Herbalincenseusa.com and spice-incense.com are totally legit. I am just a consumer that has consumed around twenty thousand dollars from them in the last couple of years. Payment methods are strange because they have you snap a picture of the money order and usps receipt showing their address on it but they ship as soon as you show them.

Hi again. Well I have received my sample from bigbrobotanicals as promised and now i actually have a basis of comparison for the k2 i was receiving from k2verified. I now know that the k2 i was receiving from k2verified was of poor quality. They seem to have "hot spots" in their product. This means that you may burn some of their incense with absolutely no effects and then in another session burn the same amount of incense and feel extremely uncomfortable from it. It is not smooth and the potency is not the same every time you use it. The k2 i received from chris over at bigbrobotanicals is definitely of a higher quality. The bag actually comes sealed. You need a scissors to open the bag from them. From k2verified the bag is just zip locked when u get it, there is no actual seal on the bag. On top of that, the k2 stickers on the bags from k2verified look to be printed off of a low quality computer while the stickers on the k2 from bigbrobotanicals just seems to have a more official look...this ideally doesnt have anything to do with the quality of product but it just made me feel a little better. I am in no way affiliated with any k2 site and am just a consumer. And for the record turtleman, i have never even been to the fast aroma website until i saw your post about it 2 days ago so dont say this is posted by them. Again I am just an average guy who had only tried k2 from k2verified until a couple of days ago when I tried the k2 from bigbrobotanicals and the product is far superior. Thanks for listening and dont be fooled by the k2verified sites like i once was. I have tried k2 citron recently and have absolutely no complains even though k2verified says its "fake". Thanks again for listening.

Thanks for that review. I wish everyone would do that. I am a buyer and seller so I have been thru a lot with the scammers too. I am going to check out bigbrobotanicals and hope they sell bulk. I have a very good plug that uses the good old bannedchems so if you want to try a sample shoot me your address. I won't charge you one penny even shipping because you will love it. Just let me know. Hello,

I Would just like to point out all of these bad reviews are coming from a company called FASTAROMA.com a competitor of k2incense.org

They are posting fake reports on multiple websites.

Here is a fake testimonial they wrote pretending to be an upset customer. The only problem with this is that they included a link back to their own website in the author box (MEANING THEY WROTE IT).

http://www.articlecue.com/Art/296837/252/K2-Verified-[redacted].html

SOOOOO Why dont these two companies just play nicely? It's just incense folks... just incense.

Peace Out Friends!

I have bought K2 from various websites. One claimed to be "verified" and the rest were not. I thought all of the k2 was of good quality. The only difference was the price and the packaging. The product seemed to be the same. After reading the information about the K2 scam artist, I will not buy from any of his sites. He just sounds crazy and I wonder what he is putting in his product. I could care less what the packaging looks like or if it is "real" K2. If it is good quality and a good price, then I will buy it for as long as it is legal in my state. There are also many other brands to choose from now and the product seems just like K2. This k2 scam artist sounds insane. K2 will soon be illegal everywhere. Why is this guy wasting so much time and money on this scam?

Hi everyone, I have been reading all the complaints here as well as on [redacted]. I have purchased K2 from k2legalsmoke.com. That site is also affiliated with wholesalek2incense.com as well as k2incenseblend.com. All 3 are part of k2verified.org. The difference is these 3 sites seem to be owned and ran by and man with the name of Greg P. Walker. So I don't deal with Alex Dimov directly, but I am assuming I am receiving his product. This is a totally neutral review. I have never tried any k2 other then from k2legalsmoke.com. While the site claims next day delivery this is not true but I think the product they are selling is great. I have no other k2 to compare it with but Chris from bigbrobotanicals seems to be a really good guy. He has kept his word and is sending me a free sample of his product since I have a valid receipt from a k2verified site. As of now I have no complaints with the product I have been receiving. SO i cant complain about what alex is selling. What I can complain about is his character. He would be better off if he just shut up and sold his product which in my opinion there is nothing wrong with. BUT he is out of his mind. Claiming the CIA cares about k2 is just crazy talk. Using different names when they are all really him, threatening to sue everyone who gets in his way. The facts are the facts. Public records dont lie which alex seems to disregard. He is just flat out mentally ill. A word of advice alex or david or whoever you claim to be. You product is good in my limited opinion but dont mess it up with your craziness. Just shut up and sell it and leave it at that. Again I have never dealt directly with him but with a k2verified site which is owned and ran by someone else who I am sure deals with alex. Thanks for listening.

Don't hold your breath waiting for this ### clown's lawsuits. He has threatened to sue everybody and their brother for a year. Do you actually think that a fraudulently filed trademark application is going to win you a lawsuit?

By the way, don't bother making bogus posts when you claim to actually "win" a lawsuit. Unless you can post links to public records showing the judgment complete with docket numbers, we will just assume it more of your BS. The truth is that you have drawn the attention of the DEA and if you were to show up in a courtroom you would most likely be arrested on the spot.

You're not scaring anyone. Quite the contrary; everyone is having a good laugh at your expense. Keep it up.

We are only weeks from the lawsuits, so very soon the truth will be exposed and the counterfeiters at BigBroBotanicals, Fast Aroma, Bouncing Bear Botanicals and the hundreds of others will be put to justice at last.
Patience. It's coming and soon.

Meanwhile watch this space for updates:

Not sure how www.bigbrobotanicals.net was "exposed". We have many grateful customers...nothing good to say about your product, so try and destroy others.

One more lie...did he not post that his original comment would be his only comment? Outside of court, of course. Yet he found the time to try and tear down another website.

Let me get this straight...they think they can corner a market fraudulently...then what? Go city by city, store by store and force people to buy their putrid blend? Too many products now in the market place...on to the next scam boys!

You guys could work for Fox News with all the spin you put on new reports.

BigBro is not tied in to Bouncing Bear Botanicals...but I know we carry their recipe and original artwork on our bags...

Shows us your artwork boys! I know nothing about these guys...accept that have tried to discredit our site from day one, I have never done business with them...the poster above knows far more about these creeps than I ever care to.

The only counterfeiter is you. There are no legitimate reports by news stations concerning "counterfeit" K2 because it is all ### made up by you in an attempt to monopolize the market. Post the links to these supposed news stories. You can't because they don't exist.

You use fake names all the times in your postings and you never respond to accusations. How can KTW Enterprises claim they first used the K2 name on 3/27/09 in their trademark application when the company wasn't incorporated until February of 2010? Because you are full of ###, that's why.

Just like your BS about the teen in Iowa. He bought his K2 from the Southridge Mall at a store called Shag and they aren't even talking about where they got it so you are caught in yet another lie!

You act like you are the only one who can sell K2 and the crap you sell people smells like burning tires and makes people sick.
No one wants your poison so give it up and make a run for it. Maybe you can still avoid prison.

And you aren't suing anyone. You don't have enough to buy a Happy Meal much less retain an attorney. After all, you couldn't even afford to pay your mortgage and lost your house so don't go acting like you're some powerful businessman, little boy.

This false report was written by a counterfeiter, who has been recently exposed. The silly kid doesn't realize that the more lies he posts, the higher the damages we'll seek against his criminal operation.

Note how all of those so called "reports" are anonymous or with made up names. Also note how on all the counterfeiters' websites, there's no contact information other than contact forms.

It's rather funny that the accusers are all "anonymous" and we are out in the open with all of our information publicly disclosed. If there was any truth to what they are saying, they'd be taking us to court, instead they are resorting to anonymous false reports, libel and hiding their tracks.

Soon all of those criminal counterfeit operations will be shut down.

To the potential buyers, beware as many news stations have already reported that numerous "K2" products coming from counterfeiters and unverified sources contain illegal chemicals, which can land you in prison or a lot worse. A teenager in Iowa has recently committed suicide after misusing "K2" made by a well known counterfeiter.

http://bigbrobotanicals.net is one of the many people involved in K2 counterfeit operations, who resorts to anonymous libel. He's selling a counterfeit product and will soon pay for it through the legal system, just as all the others will.

You are correct about the K2 verified scam except for one thing. According to TESS (Trademark Electronic Search System of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office), the date of filing for the K2 incense trademark was June 8, 2010. The trademark serial number is [protected]. The owner is listed as KTW Enterprises, LTD CORPORATION OREGON PO BOX 19149 Portland OREGON 97280 which is associated with the website k2wholesale.com.

ARIN shows the IP number of k2wholesale.com as 75.125.30.78. Hold that thought.

Internet con man Alexandre Dimov of Las Vegas aka Al Grand, owner of Allegrand Enterprises is well known to this site. His site, salviasociety.org, has had a few complaints posted. The IP number of salviasociety.org is 75.125.45.68. Sound familiar? Maybe it's just a coincidence. But what about k2-incense.com, IP number 75.125.45.76? Or k2incense.org, IP number 75.125.45.66? How about k2verified.org, IP number 75.125.30.76? Then there is buyk2.com, IP number 75.125.30.90.

It gets really hard to believe this a coincidence. It sounds much more like a con man with a plan to establish a fake network of "verified" distributors who went out and bought a bunch of domain names and had his buddy George Chaney of seoking.com put up some web pages of seemingly "independent" distributors. In reality, they are all owned by Alex, so if he can't verify himself as the seller, he goes on about dangerous, counterfeit K2 and threatens other merchants. I love this statement from k2-incense.com:

"Due to confidentiality agreement with the master distributors,

the K2 Manufacturer's business name and location is kept secret, therefore

ANYONE claiming to be the "K2 Manufacturer" is at best a counterfeiter

- and therefore subject to criminal investigation. "

Oh, it's a secret. And therefore, since no one knows who the top secret "master distributor" is, you can call anyone a counterfeiter.

This is another interesting statement from k2-incense.com:

"DO NOT PURCHASE K2 FROM FLORIDA: IT'S COUNTERFEIT! WE ENCOURAGE FEDERAL & STATE AUTHORITIES TO SEIZE ANY & ALL PRODUCT SOLD IN FLORIDA, LABELED AS 'K2.'"

The company associated with that site is Extraordinary Transformations, Inc. Guess what state it's registered in? If you guessed Florida, you were right. The corporation became active on 1/1/2010 and the officer listed is Cynthia R. Brown of 11558 Captiva Kay Drive, Riverview, Florida 33569. Sounds like Alex is trying to corner the market everywhere.

What you are seeing with this whole "verified" distributor nonsense serves a twofold purpose. One is to place the blame for the recent surge of K2 related illnesses on other merchants and the other is to try to put his competition out of business or at the very least, get them to stop using the K2 name.

KTW Enterprises LTD fraudulently filed for the K2 incense name by stating that they first used the name K2 incense on 3/27/2009. Alex did not even know about K2 then, his K2 sites were not even in existence at that time (check the whois database at networksolutions.com) and he did not even begin to sell K2 on his site, salviasociety.org until September of 2009.

Meanwhile, Bouncing Bear Botanicals already was selling K2 and even had a separate wholesale site that sold top quality K2 for as little as $220 for 60 grams. Customer service was great and they had no complaints. That is, until Alex started to badmouth them because he couldn't come close to matching them in quality or service. Although Jon Sloan was arrested in February, the charges were all dropped on April 7th. And it is an outright lie that he was just arrested again, Alex which is what you are telling people.

Especially low down is how he tries to make Jon Sloan look like a criminal when Alex not only used to be a business associate of his but has:
1)stolen from customers
2)threatened to harm them when they complained
3)abused his ex-girlfriend and had a restraining order filed against him
4)opened numerous sham corporations (Sunlex Industries, Inc, Allegrand Enterprises, Extraordinary Transformations, Inc and KTW Enterprises LTD to name a few) for criminal purposes and
5)illegally and knowingly sold controlled substances to people in states where they were banned.
Alex is indeed the criminal here.

Dimov is a con man who has plagued the internet for over 10 years with his scam sites. He had one site called writingcenteronline.com where he sold term papers and ripped people off. Then he had hacker4hire.com. The site is no longer online, but here is part of the text I copied from it: "The Chronicles of a Scam Artist (or how to steal millions without getting caught) Learn how a ### steals thousands of dollars a day from innocent unsuspecting victims and more importantly how the ###ing ### never gets caught." That pretty much sums up Alex in a nutshell. He has never done an honest day's work in his life except maybe when he was a travel agent and he failed at that.

In summary, Alex has set up a fake network of distributors with him owning all the sites, he fraudulently registered a trademark for K2 incense on June 8, 2010 and now he thinks he can libel his competitors and try to bully them into not selling K2. I guarantee you that Alex is not a millionaire (he lost his house last year for defaulting on the loan), celebrity, shaman or any other B.S. he has claimed in the past. Neither is he a chemist or anyone who is capable of making "safe K2". I do not believe he receives his K2 from the "secret K2 manufacturer" either. The man is a compulsive liar and appears to be mentally unstable. If you have been libeled by Alex, you now know who he is and have a couple of business addresses. Here's one more:
Allegrand Enterprises P.O. Box 364654 North Las Vegas, NV 89036.

Good luck and do not fall for Alexandre Dimov's nonsense.

'Nuff said...for now.

Hello,

This is the one and only reply any such report will get, outside of a court room.

Neither Bouncing Bear Botanicals, nor any company currently or previously associated with them has any rights over the K2 brand or any legitimate claims to authenticity.

Explanation of terms:

"authentic k2" - K2 produced by the original and only manufacturer of K2 brand products.

"legitimate k2 manufacturer" - The manufacturer, who started the K2 brand and has been producing K2 brand products since the beginning of 2009.

"counterfeit k2" - products NOT produced by the original K2 manufacturer, yet are still being labeled as "K2."

Facts: The first known K2 counterfeiter is indeed Bouncing Bear Botanicals/Jonathan Sloan (arrested in February of 2010). Per his own written admission, he started producing product in his own warehouse, labeled as "K2, " without the permission/knowledge of the K2 manufacturer.

Fact: K2 was not started in the US.

Fact: K2 is a trademarked name protected by common law, Lanham Act and numerous interstate trading laws, as well as protected internationally. The "K2" name was first used in trade by the original K2 manufacturer and this will be indisputably proven in court.

Fact: K2 is a DBA the original K2 manufacturer used since the beginning and in numerous documents, and K2 has always been LEGALLY UNRELATED to Bouncing Bear Botanicals or anyone else, other than the original K2 manufacturer.

Fact: The product currently being produced by numerous counterfeiters is not an exact copy of the original K2 manufactured product. That's also an undisputed fact. The "K2 Blonde" produced by counterfeiters is NOT the same as the "K2 Blonde" produced by the K2 manufacturer. Same goes for all the other K2 blends.

This all started when solely due to greed, certain distributors of K2 brand products, decided to cut the manufacturer/trademark holder and start producing copies of the product (without even knowing the exact formula) so to increase their profits at the expense of both the manufacturer and the unsuspecting customers.

Lastly, any claims to any rights over the K2 name that Bouncing Bear Botanicals or anyone related to the Sloan family might have had were given up in writing back in November, which will also be easily proven in court.

The K2Verified.org website has proven a successful tool in combating counterfeiting. Already a counterfeiter's warehouse was busted by police in Illinois, thanks to an anonymous tip.

We are also working with Federal and State authorities in our efforts to eradicate the counterfeiting issue. Just about every three letter agency in the US is interested in putting a stop to K2 counterfeiting, including FBI, FDA, DEA, as well as Homeland Security (customs) and state DA's. Most of the counterfeiters are breaking numerous state and federal laws, including importation laws, marketing laws, copyright and trademark laws, scheduled chemical laws, etc.

[On possibly unrelated note, Jonathan Sloan's house was raided recently (around June 11th, 2010) for distribution of illegal Fen-Phen. A store, which Bouncing Bear Botanicals supplied with Fen-Phen was also raided.]

We welcome Jonathan Sloan, Bouncing Bear Botanicals or anyone else related or unrelated to them in court, if they believe they have any rights over the K2 name. We have an aggressive legal team, fully knowledgeable in every detail of the case, ready to disprove any false claims being made by anyone.

This report does not surprise any one of us, considering there are thousands of individuals and businesses involved in the counterfeit K2 trade and considering the fact the K2 manufacturer and Trademark holder is taking aggressive legal and other action to put an end to their illegal trade. Expect many more such false reports to be published with even more outrageous lies. Judge facts from fiction by using common sense, rather than number of "reports." There can be a thousand reports, all 1000 posted by the counterfeiters themselves (after all there are a lot more counterfeiters than legitimate K2 retailers and distributors, and certainly only one K2 trademark holder and only one original K2 manufacturer). Also, note how most reports start popping up in June of 2010, when K2 started aggressively pursuing legal action against the counterfeiters.

As to the person, who filed this false report: keep in mind, you're engaging in libel, by calling the product "garbage" and stating it's produced in a "garage, " without having any proof to support your claim. Libel in itself is a crime. We advise anyone wanting to dispute our legitimacy, to stick to facts.

Anyone, who truly believes they are in the right and know the "truth" will have the decency to post their name and contact information, so that any issues can be resolved in court. If you strongly believe you're in the right, then you have no reason to hide or to be afraid of deciding this in court.

We on the other hand are not hiding and do welcome litigation from anyone believing that we are not the legitimate k2 trademark holders and original k2 manufacturer.

And again, this is the only reply any such report would get outside of a court room. No other replies will be posted.

Sincerely,

Dave

Make sure you follow the news updates here:

Yep, I have read in more than one place that they are not legit at all! Someone posted about them in 2009

Complaint 1:

Ordered from this company 2 weeks ago and never received my order. I was told in an e-mail from him that they were backed up on order and that he appreciated my patience. Now 1 week later he says he will not ship my order at all. On top of that, he was very rude in the email. Will NOT be ordering from these guys ever again.

Complaint 2:

Why is it "obviously a lie"? It really isn't obvious to anyone but you. Add this to the other complaints about you and your "business" and the one who looks like he's full of BS is you, Al. You always post the same things: "obviously this person is lying and I will sue them for libel" or "This is a bitter competitor spreading lies because they are jealous of my business." Who the hell is going to be jealous of someone who supposedly pulls in only $80, 000 from 70, 000 customers. That's only $1.15 per customer. Do I really have to point this all out again?

As for credibility, you have had numerous complaints of not filling orders and keeping peoples money, threatening those who complain and you are even a [censored]bag who abuses women. That's public record that there was a restraining order against you in Kauai in Feb of 2009 by your ex girlfriend. You lost your house in July of 2009 for not paying your mortgage, yet you tell everyone you are a millionaire. What a load of crap. So who am I going to believe? Considering you ripped me off too, I believe the author of this thread.

Keep posting your lies and I will keep showing people what a piece of crap you are.

I'm sure there will be many more now that they are illegally trying to corner the market using lies and deception!
