*** Judy Higgins-Stowe shows complete disregard for law and justice ***
Usually people can only get so many tickets before their driver’s license is suspended. Not for Judy Stowe and Steven Stowe. Once deep pockets and government connections come in, you can pretty much play the game forever. One would think that after 3 convictions the judge would say “Enough!” Looks like the law in DuPage County, Illinois only applies to certain individuals. And when Steven drives too fast and hurts someone, he simply walks away and fails to give aid. Some court documents even disappear without a trace. Doesn’t that sound familiar? Almost like in the movies. Should we keep on letting rich people get away with everything? Acorn doesn't fall far from the tree. One wonders why when you’re so well off, do you need to walk drunk in the middle of the road and trespass and damage another person’s property? One would not expect a 72 year old woman to be speeding, but in Stowe home anything is game. One would expect her to know that carrying auto insurance is mandatory in Illinois, but she probably thinks this does not apply to her.
One has to ask - how do supposed accomplishments stack up against the criminal convictions?

Baird & Warner was awful. We had two agencies come look at our home in Wheaton for pricing. The Baird & Warner employees were not helpful at all. Very snotty, uptight and unprofessional. We decided to go with Remax since we felt they were more down to Earth. Would NEVER invite them to our home or have them sell to us, ever. Not worth the hassle.
