We are current clients of Jim Wanzeck. He has abused my wife and I on the phone. He constantly cuts us off, threatens us with litigation, brags about how he has the backing of Remax Masters money and cusses us out. He calls us names and will not release us from contract unless we pay him. Jim Wanzeck is a bad realtor and a worse human being. His agent Mitch Gilbert is just as bad.
He is a total jerk.
You cannot believe jim wanzack and the unprofessionalism he displays towards females. Jim Wanzack is a hotheaded woman hater.
We are clients of James Wanzeck. We are trying to sell our house. His agent Mitch Gilbert lied to us, yelled at my wife, would not listen to her and James called us liars. He then had the audacity to cuss us out. We fired him! He then retaliated by not releasing us from the contract therefore tying up our house for one year. JERK!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I disagree with Bob Flournoy. Mr. Wanzeck is an unchristian man who is sold out to the dollar. Jim and his minions will rot in hell!
Do not do business with Jim Wanzeck nor his brokers!
Jim Wanzek is one of the most honorable, trustworthy human beings I have ever met. I have known him for many years and am disgusted by the slander and absolute BS that I am reading here that is obviously posted by unsuccessful realtors who cannot make it in the real estate market, while Mr Wanzek has. Too bad that trash like this gets posted with no verification. Truly disgusting. I would trust Jim Wanzek with my most intimate business transactions both in and out of the real estate world.
