Jim Walter Homes review: House structure 1

My Father ended up getting in a home with them because they expressed they were helping low income families with 0 down contract but from the beginning as we stayed in the home a few days it we noticed issues and was told someone would be out they never came and then once we preceeded again they told my father there was nothing they could do the piping for the air system in the back bedroom wasn't structured right leading to no air or heat in the back bedroom, some of the measurements weren't line up correctly among other things with the wiring, and they sat the house on these tall bricks didn't enclose the tin around the house and the floors stayed so cold during winter because all the air went under the house now they have a big hole in the roof and speaking to other roofing companies they didn't structure the roof from the beginning the way it should have been and my parents are disabled and have no where to turn as we speak now they need the roof fixed and the company that mortgages it now are a low a crap so is the insurance that they have under them that does nothing to help protect the clients they are low income for a reason and it's sad that they were taking advantage of like this with a 30 year fixed plan as they say which things did not pan out in there contract from the beginning they made the deal and the help sound so good and sweet and look now a whole freaking mess I'm trying to help my parent but being in a small town such as Gunnison Mississippi there are no extra resources for them or others it just gets looked over as if no one cares its been like that for years now and it is darn shame if u even tried to contact others for help they tell u in out of the area or contact this person or that person still with no help Gunnison Mississippi needs that help right now and they can't get anyone then they say there has been a grant and paperwork done to help fix the homes of Gunnison which they received this Money or grant about a year ago and still haven't started on the homes in Gunnison Mississippi when my dad called and asked about when the work supposed to begin on the houses no start date yet and as I speak right now they have a big hole in there roof when it it rains it rains in the house that's how bad it is and they need it fixed immediately, then they proceed to tell them if the do get someone to fix the grant that supposed to be used to fix the homes won't be fixed but what about emergencies like right as of now that they need done immediately Gunnison Town Mayoe isn't doing anything to help the town and they had someone that worked there who embezzled money from a small town but because it's so small and gets looked over nothing is done they been holding on to it for over a year so whatevee government or funding that was supposed to be used to start helping these houses has no clue that nothing has been started but they used some of the funds for October fest and other things than what supposed to be actually they just put anybody in the Town Hall in Gunnison Mississippi and no help for there residents it is so sad need help in this small Town immediately heck we don't even have any police force of our own have to use police force and in services from other small surrounding towns or areas its a darn somebody need to do something I understand it's small bit they have to live as well who can we speak with we they need the help I wanted to move my family out of there but I really don't have the funds and they been living in the south forever feels like and just want what's right and can't get tge help can someone point us in the right direction because they are so full of crap it's sticking
