J.F. Terry Associates should be ashamed of themselves! They never pay any of their vendors back. I don't suggest any company use them! They are an Independent Adjusting Firm with no integrity whatsoever. They tell their vendors that they have already sent the check...and a month later still NO CHECK! If you are suffering of the effects of the economy why not just say so? Why lie, and tell your vendors you already sent the check when indeed you have not?
I cannot believe a company who asks another company to help them with their services and does not pay them back could ever stand...this is BAD BUSINESS! I can understand if the jobs or services weren't done right, but they were and they should be paid for! Do they not realize other companies are trying to survive too?
Karma will get this company in the end!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND J.F. TERRY ASSOCIATES TO ANYONE! THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR VENDORS FOR SERVICES DONE!

I suffered a motor vehicle accident August 2014.I was the injured party and an innocent victim. He was on the job at the time of the accident and his pest control business was represented by this unscrupulous company.I took my truck to Ford Collision Center after the claims adjuster submitted a report for repair. I was to have a rear bumper replaced along with my trailer hitch. The claims adjuster wrote up the report as 2separate written reports this insuring there would be 2invoices for some reason.The hitch would be considered a supplemental report.Hank at Ford initially rejected the adjuster's assessment because he told the adjuster I was receiving a junk part that did not meet insurance industry standards. The adjuster agreed thus submitting a correction.The adjuster submitted report to Mr. Palermo who forwarded it unto JFTerry and Associates who cut a check for the bumper but never paid for the hitch trailer.Damian at JFTerry said"the check is in the mail". Then they said it was lost in the mail. I asked for a copy the cancelled check nothing. They told me to take it to any shop which of course want payment up front before they will do any job. To date January 2015 JFTerry never paid for my hitch and trailer.I called so many times but deaf ears. They refused to pay for my bumper until I signed a waiver form releasing all liability. They were dishonest because after signing their form they refused to cooperate further to reimburse me for trailer hitch although I did mange to secure payment for my bumper.Just an awfully stressful company!

Ive been emailing, calling, etc for months...I am a former adjuster for them...in 2011 they owed me a few checks I didnt get paid until 2012 and thats only because they needed me to do some work for them...THey have not paid me thus far from files I;ve worked since March this year totaling to almost 2k...they ignore my messages, emails, etc..It;s disgusting and I am in the process of obtaining a lawyer...

Wow, this is crazy because we have been trying to reach this company for months as well and we always seem to get the same excuse "We didn't receive the invoice" or "Can you please fax or email the invoice over again"? I don't know what kind of business JTerry is running over there but it's a shame, this company is totally tainting their name, pretty soon NO ONE is going to want to help these people out! I really hope vendors looks at this website or other complaints about this company before they get trapped into doing work they probably will not get paid for.
It seems the reviews from former employees were right! They must be paying off someone to write reviews that the company is a great company to work for...YEAH RIGHT!

HORRIBLE ADJUSTING COMPANY!

We totally agree! We have been trying to collect payment from J.F. Terry for months. They say they will call you back--NEVER DO, can you fax over copies of the invoices, etc. How can a company retain their employees when they are continually asked to lie and basically give the runaround! Is that how they have stayed in business for 40 years?--BY NOT PAYING THEIR BILLS!
