Refusal to allow me into my account and to do a cash out. I have been signed-up for Inbox Dollars for years, but never used the account until this last month. I notice that I had gotten the minimum to cash out; therefore, tried to cash out to a financial platform. However, all it did was sit at process for about 12 hours today; and would go through. Refusing the website just set the page back to start the transaction over again. So, I tried to get a gift card and the links to those didn't work at all. InboxDollars.com next locked my out of my account; stating that my password was wrong. I reset my password and it then said that there was no account with that email address; which was a lie because I got the link for the password reset to the email for that account. After multiple attempts, I decided to contact them through their social media account. That agent told me that they could only answer questions and that I needed to submit a ticket. My response was I couldn't submit a ticket because I was locked out of the account, and submitted all the screenshots of the issues. I was finally able to get the system to recognize my email, but it then refuse to send me a cache, but I got an error message stating that it had "timed out". This company is a SCAM. I am glad I wasn't hundreds of dollars in like some people before trying to cash out. Now all I want is the few coins I earned and to cancel the account. By the way I had to open an account under someone else to create that ticket, and it stated they would get in touch with me in 30 days. Again, InboxDollars.com is a SCAM and to my knowledge there is only one survey company that responses to issues and pays out like they said they would, but it isn't InboxDollars.com. Do business (pass the time for some coins) at your own risk.

Desired outcome: 15.00
