Hair Secret Salon review: Charges, racist & behavior

Hair Secret Salon, Not Professional at all. I really damm regret and pits off with you annoying services. I came last 17/08/2016 (Wednesday), to do my hair. For rebounding, you charged me with RM230 without hair treatment. I did ask if the time is ok to do. And the Chinese said, guy we can do fast for you. Begin with 6pm and ending at 8.15pm. Said 3 hours and finish fast. Yet i accepted it. And you need 3 people to do my hair izit? Don't you even think if i am comfortable or not? During that time, washing my hair until water get into my face. The staff at there, while doing my hair and talking nonsense. Seriously talking having menstrual pain and all blax3. What the F****. Don't you have other time to talk about that? Why in between doing my hair and talk about that? And do my face look like foreigner? How can your staff can ask me if i am Local or not? That was fine. Done with rebounding. And cannot wash hair for 2 days. Must wash hair on Friday (19/08/2016). So i came there again for wash hair at 6 -7pm. You wash my hair and charged me RM33. Seriously this price for washing hair? And its was really normal you have washed it. I came with my brother that day. And the Indian staff was really Itchy, asking about my brother and ask stupid question, is he really you real brother. So what the f*** if his not my brother. And what the hell you must tell that its different colour. And ask me if i am Indian or not? Yes i am Indian, and i am Malaysia. My religion is Catholic Christian. Any problem with that? And i hate it to the max.
And Now not even a week, my hair its not straight at all. Got Curl..
Definitely i will not suggest anyone do hair at your place. I have done rebounding many times. But Deep inside my heart i wanted to try something new. Please act Professional a bit. And try to be polite with your customer. And for Your information I did study For hair Dressing In Chezz. So I know better too even i am not a Hair Stylist. Because i have experience it. Hope you guys can correct your mistake. And thanks for make me regret to come to your place. And make me knowing that Some hair Saloon its not so good to be done.
