Goairasia Go Holiday Malaysia review: Never answer the phone

My trip to Bali is end of this October.But something happen makes me have to postpone my flight and Hotel.

I try to call Go Holiday ask for postpone things, but never got people answer my call.Only keep telling me all the argent is busy, but i already wait for an hour...situation still the same?!?

What happen to this company?
How many workers on this company?

So which means this company only know how to receive our funds, but never feedback any service?
