FlightHub Utterly disappointed and frustrated with flighthub

I had an absolutely terrible experience with FlightHub, and I feel obligated to warn others about their lack of transparency and poor service.
The e-ticket they provided did not clearly mention any baggage allowance, which led to significant confusion and inconvenience during my trip. When I reached out for assistance, their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and continuously deflected responsibility. Despite the airline confirming that the agent (FlightHub) was responsible for this issue, FlightHub refused to address the matter properly.

Other travel agencies are able to provide clear and detailed information on their tickets — so why can't FlightHub? The lack of clarity feels intentional, leaving customers to deal with the consequences.
To make matters worse, the process of trying to resolve this issue was infuriating. Instead of taking accountability, they repeatedly apologized without offering any real solutions. This situation caused me financial loss, as my baggage was not accounted for, and their negligence left me stranded without proper support.
I strongly advise against using FlightHub for your travel bookings. They do not prioritize their customers, and their service is unreliable at best.

Recommendation: Never use there services

I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with the booking experience I had through your platform. The lack of transparency regarding baggage information on the e-ticket provided has caused me considerable inconvenience and financial loss.

When I booked my ticket, I trusted that all necessary details, such as baggage allowance, would be clearly mentioned on the e-ticket, as is standard practice with other travel agencies. However, the absence of this crucial information not only led to confusion but also resulted in a situation where my baggage was not accounted for during my journey.

I have attempted to resolve this issue through multiple conversations with your support team, but the responses I received were dismissive and unhelpful. The repeated assertion that the baggage details were available during the booking process is simply not acceptable, especially when other agencies include such information on the e-ticket itself.

Furthermore, when I reached out to the airline, they confirmed that the responsibility for this issue lies with the booking agent—your agency. This clearly highlights an error on your part in providing the complete and necessary details on the ticket.

This negligence has not only caused immense stress but has also resulted in the loss of my baggage, which contained items of significant monetary and sentimental value. I demand immediate action to rectify this issue by either:

Locating and returning my lost baggage at the earliest possible time.

Providing adequate financial compensation equivalent to the value of the lost items in my baggage.

Failure to address this matter promptly and satisfactorily will leave me with no choice but to escalate my complaint to consumer protection agencies and relevant aviation authorities. Additionally, I will not hesitate to share my experience publicly to ensure other customers are made aware of the lack of accountability and transparency in your services.

I expect a prompt and professional response to this complaint, outlining the steps you will take to resolve this matter. Please consider this as a high-priority issue, and feel free to contact me if you require any further details to expedite the process.

FlightHub Subject: request for full refund and compensation due to flight cancellation

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the cancellation of my flight on March 5, 2025 with WestJet. Instead of my original Toronto to Saskatoon flight, I was rebooked to fly to Edmonton on March 6 at 7:00 PM, then to Saskatoon on March 7, arriving at 10:00 AM, causing a delay of over 24 hours. No accommodations or food were provided, and I had to stay in an airport and sleep for 3 hours only, since all nearby hotels were fully booked.

I also had to purchase a new ticket with Porter Airlines for over $500, and I spent over $60 on meals, which I hadn’t planned for. I am diabetic and have other health conditions, which made the situation even worse. I could not eat properly, charge my phone, or access necessary medication, leading my family to worry so much that they called the police to locate me.

I have already contacted FlightHub for a refund, but they only offered $9, which is unacceptable. I expect a full refund of my original flight, compensation for the new flight and food costs, and appropriate compensation for the distress this caused. I have also filed the official Refund Request Form from WestJet but I have not heard back from them (however, over the phone, they told me to speak with FlightHub directly).

I am aware of my passenger rights and am prepared to take further action if needed, if no refund is issued to me as soon as possible.

Recommendation: DO NOT USE FLIGHTHUB if you do not want to go through the same miserable experience, as I did....

FlightHub FlightHub and the cancelation policy

Had to cancel a booking with Flighthub. About an hour after booking, I used the tab labelled 'cancel this booking'.

I went through the whole process, and it said it was cancelled. Apparently, it was not cancelled. According to FlightHub, the 'cancel this booking' tab does not actually cancel the booking. You have to type in the booking number.

This is not posted anywhere on their site. They will not cancel the flight or issue a refund because they say it is past the 24-hour refund period.

This is a deceptive practice, and the Attorney General of Michigan has started a file on Flighthub. Contact them with your experiences (high fees, cancellation issues, hidden fees, etc.) Also report similar issues regarding FlightHub to the Travel Industry Council of Ontario.

Recommendation: Avoid Flight Hub

FlightHub Last minute planning

I decided to take a trip almost halfway across the country in just under 4 weeks. I knew my cost for airfare would be higher than if I had made my plans earlier but Flighthub was able to get me a reasonable rate. More importantly, it allowed me to choose flights which maximized my vacation time, something I couldn't do on other sites. The site was easy to use and I also appreciated the opportunity to purchase inexpensive travel insurance. Thanks, Flighthub!

FlightHub My trip to France

Flight prices were extremely favourable in comparison to other sites.
I liked the fact that there were many dates, times and options available to choose from and all at convenient locations.
Once the details were decided upon, booking the trip was quick and easy.
No hidden fees or surprises at checkout and in my opinion, one of the better sites out there.
Overall, a pleasant booking experience, very affordable pricing and I will be using flighthub again in the future.

FlightHub Last-minute Emergency Flight

Unfortunately we received the news that my sister had to undergo a gastric bypass. She had been reporting on the phone about how it would help her if some of her family was there during the operation. Overall it was a rather stressful week, and we needed a simple but effective booking for the last minute. We don't normally travel but had heard about FlightHub, and they were able to give us the rates you'd get at any given time, not just for special occasion. Overall, they made our lives much easier throughout.

FlightHub Florida!

I couldn't be any more excited that I'm going to Florida! Thanks for making it easy to book flight hub! I will be using you guys again.

You could consider an option near a final screen saying, " would you like to email your itinerary?" I think I've seen that before (elsewhere) and it is helpful. I needed to give our details to my friend, whom I booked her ticket for her as well. Obviously, I found a very easy way around this. I'm just giving quality improvement feedback because you seem to care-which is awesome!

FlightHub Best Prices Always!

I have purchased tickets from Dallas Texas to Odessa Ukraine 4 times in 16 months and have used Flight Hub on 3 of them and always found them to be the best deal. I go through Kayak.com to do my search and it always shows me the best deals from all the leading websites. The one time that I went through another agency was due to the timeframe I needed to navigate with, but their prices are always the best. I would recommend that you look at their prices first before you go elsewhere, you will be glad that you did.

FlightHub Flighthub finds the best price

I like the fact that FlightHub searches multiple flight schedules and consolidates them into a manageable summary. I even tells you if there's some urgency because it tells you how many tickets are left at that price. I booked a flight and to my disappointment it told me that price was no longer available. I guess I hesitated as I want to discuss with my wife, but I ran the query again and the old price was again offered to me, maybe because someone else hesitated? Anyway, was pleasantly surprised that it book me at the price original displayed. Thank you

FlightHub 5 Stars for Hitham Younis- customer service rep for FlightHub

If i could give this guy a massive tip I would. I use Flighthub often and never had problems until this week with a flight FijiAirways was sharing with A/C. The flight in January changed so often i needed to change the flightH Hitham literally was dealing with my situation for over 6 hours. He remained PATIENT, FRIENDLY, CALM, CONSISTENT and EFFECTIVE the entire time. He was excellent and I recommend him highly for anyone dealing with flight problems, or for other businesses who need a dedicated performing employee who goes above and beyond his duties.
Fiji Airways in the end was able to change my flight as the problem was with A/C.

Ok, I told [protected]@ FlightHub if my refund came in today like they promised... I'd leave 2 good reviews, if not- I'd leave 10 bad ones. ( the process took 11 days) So here we are. I am Very glad I bought the cancellation insurance. Hurricane Fiona & Ian sideswiped my travel plans. I am truly grateful to be safe & am sorry for what has happened to those affected by the storms. But, I needed my money back- American Airlines refunded my money in 48 hours- to flight hub. 5 phone calls later to very polite & helpful people. Sarah, Aram, Marcia(?) - & that Turkish sounding guy guy I got frustrated with... the problem was resolved. I definitely plan to use flight hub services again. Thank you

FlightHub I am still waiting for them to resolve an issue

I am still waiting for them to resolve an issue. My sister had a booking for a trip in April of 2020. Due to COVID-19, she wants to change the destination from one place to another. Dealing with justfly.com and the carrier has been extremely difficult. I have spent hours trying to get a resolution, but all I have gotten is a runaround.

HORRIBLE! Booked flights twice and both times they called within a few hours and said "OH, sorry that's not the price, its higher than that. You can book with us for XX amount", which was about $80.00 more expensive! This is NOT the site to use to book anything, especially if they do not honor a published fare...TWICE!

Doesnot respond to complaints or find any resolutions,... Keeping them ongoing,... Doesnot answer phone calls,...In relations to rebooking flights failed by an foreign government changing polices partly unannounced,... I seek further actions soon,... Meaning I never missed a flight until now. Had recent business with justfly (flighthub) before but now it changed for the worse.

If your are planning booking a flight with JustFly, I strongly recomment that you look somewhere else. I purchased a Roaming Data plan with them: bad idea. It their Web Page they advertised that my Smartphone is compatible with the plan, but it is not. After more than 90 minutes in two different conversations with Customer Service agents trying to get a refund, their answer repeatedly was "sorry Sr. we can't refund you due to Co. policy, the data plan is from a third party", as if I care who do they do business with! In my view, if a company sells a service with misleading information and you can't use the service, they should make a refund, but these guys don't. When after 90 min. going no where I asked, what help can you offer me to be able to use this service, the answer was "call the provider and ask for help or get a refund from them... What a non-sense, I am doing business with JustFly, not with their business partners. To add insult to injury, they advertise themselves as a cheap airline, but at the end, you end up paying more than booking with a regular airline. They charge for everything, including seats and even carry-on. Wow... this is the last time I will make business with them!

Rebooked a flight using travel credits from a cancelled Covid flight. They charged me quadruple the amount in taxes and fees ($400) compared to the airline's official site ($100) on top of the $125 modification fee for rebooking. After calling and requesting an invoice of my bill, they said they couldn't provide the documentation because they didn't have it in their system and that there was no way they could provide an invoice. So what is in the taxes and fees that made me pay an extra $300 when there was no rebooking fee on the airline's end? After all the hidden fees, it would've been cheaper for me to book a nonstop flight WITHOUT using my travel credits. With the lack of documentation, lack of transparency, and 2 hr wait times for customer support, I'm never using Justfly again.

I booked a trip on April 19, 2022, for 5 passengers with FlyingHub. This trip was meant to be from July 15 to July 25, 2022. However, Japan's borders were closed, so I called to inquire and was informed that I needed to cancel my reservation. They mentioned that I would be able to re-book the trip, but to do so, I would need to pay $200 per passenger. Consequently, I paid $1000 to change the dates. It's been almost 7 months trying to re-book this trip, and FlyingHub doesn't want to help. Every time there's a new rule, and each representative says something different. I called back and spoke with a manager, who advised me to call the airline I was traveling with because they couldn't do anything and that the airline has my credit. When I contacted the airline, they told me that since I purchased the flights through FlyingHub, they are responsible for re-booking. More calls have been made to FlyingHub, and they say that all the flights have only 4 seats available, when I originally paid $5830 for all 5 seats. I have made numerous calls to FlyingHub, in both English and Spanish, and the customer service is the worst. Some calls even ended with them hanging up on me. On my last call to try to resolve this, I spoke with a manager who kept saying they only have 4 seats available, despite my purchase of 5 seats. They don't guarantee that they would have more and suggested that if I want to use my credit, we need to divide the family and travel on different days. I explained how impractical it is to divide the flights when traveling with kids and that I purchased the tickets together. I just want a refund; I don't want to book anything with FlyingHub. They haven't been helpful, and I can't deal with this anymore. The manager told me that I can't get a refund and added that I have until April 19, 2023, to use my credit. It has been a bad experience.

Very bad company extremely bad I made reservation to fly my son and his mom I got the confirmation number once they got my email address they flooded my inbox by advertising and 8 hours later my ticket was canceled they didn't pay airlines on time so we at airport with no ticket to fly I had to buy a new same day very expensive ticket directly from airlines thank you flighthub your system screwed my travel plans if you couldn't secure the tickets you should call me

I booked a flight to go to my country from Canada for new year vacation, however due to my father health condition I had to change my departure time two months earlier to go to my country sooner. I tried to call the provided phone call for customer services several times but it was a recorded voice message saying that due to number of calls they cannot connect me to agent sooner than 72 hours prior to my flight. and when I was choosing change bouton on my manage booking flight it was not giving me an option to change. so I had to cancel my flight and book another one for two months earlier departure and same return however I was charged 200$ from flight hub on top of the agency fees (200$ deduction) which I believe is not fair since the website was not giving me the change option and also I was not able to talk to an agent that day and it was just connecting me to voice recording. I wanted to email them but there is no email provided for this website.

FlightHub I have fond memories of JustFly from years ago when they were great

I have fond memories of JustFly from years ago when they were great. I have been using their services since 2016 and used to enjoy exploring their flight rates. However, after my recent experience, I have decided to never use them again. I had booked a flight from Houston to DC and was shocked to find out that they had scheduled me for a return flight with an 11-hour layover. Unfortunately, I had to postpone the entire trip due to my mother needing surgery. When I contacted JustFly to make adjustments, they assisted me with the AA flight but directed me to Frontier to handle the return flight myself. Dealing with Frontier was a nightmare! I ended up paying a significant amount in adjustments and service fees, on top of the baggage and assigned seat fees. It was a complete joke! I understand that the airlines have had a difficult year, but as consumers, we have also faced challenges. This doesn't justify being taken advantage of when it comes to changes. If I had booked directly with the airlines, I wouldn't have encountered this issue. It was my mistake, but I will never book through JustFly again.

FlightHub I don't know how I ended up on the Justfly website

I don't know how I ended up on the Justfly website. I thought I was purchasing my flight ticket from another website, but it happened. I bought my ticket on June 20, 2021, for a flight to London on October 21, 2021. During that time, the other website changed the flight, and eventually, the airline canceled it. According to the information I received, I should be entitled to a full refund. My friends who booked directly through the other website received their refunds within two weeks. I have called the other website several times, but they keep telling me to deal directly with Justfly. They don't provide any information. I tried calling Justfly, but I waited on hold for over an hour and the call got disconnected. I couldn't connect with anyone to talk. I have also emailed them multiple times, but all I received were case numbers, with them saying that I need to wait to hear from the airline. I feel like I will never get my money back. This website should be taken down. Since this incident, I have read many negative comments about this company. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint. I feel sorry for others. I could have used my money to help others or for personal needs. I feel robbed, violated, and simply ignored as if I'm not important.

Completely ghosted when attempting to rebook from a cancellation due to covid. on hold 8 hours today waiting to talk to a customer service rep to 'reactivate' my credit. Very Frustrating, especially when I paid an additional $25 to get my flight credited. So, they not only have my full flight fee, but the additional $25 to rebook, and now I cant rebook. DONT give this company your business!

It took a few attempts, but the customer service team was really helpful in assisting me with obtaining a refund. I made a booking without being aware of the Hurricane season, and unfortunately, my bank account was hacked while I was stranded at the airport. Thankfully, I had purchased travel insurance and cancellation insurance. They promptly refunded the cost of my seat selection, but there was a slight issue with returning the ticket money immediately due to the fact that I had cancelled my original card. Nevertheless, I made a total of four phone calls over a period of 10 days. Despite being busy, the staff members were all kind and helpful. I am grateful for their assistance in getting my money back. Thank you to the customer service team.

December 16th, I booked a flight ($158) for March 2nd and 8 days later I receive an email saying the itinerary had been changed and I owed twice the agreed upon price ($170 more). I requested a full refund and Justfly said they would have a supervisor call me but I never received a call. I requested a chargeback from Discover since this was not the agreed upon deal and I am being told that the $158 is nonrefundable. (Feb. 26th) I called Justfly again and they say they are trying to get the money back from the airline (Frontier), but it could take months. Justfly does not seem to be bargaining in good faith, trying to wear me down so I give up. I am owed a complete refund. Please help me!

I called to verify that I had purchased a seat because it wasn't on my receipt. They told me I hadn't actually purchased a seat. And maybe that wasn't reflected on my receipt but the booking was so hard to read. I couldn't tell if I had booked through the airline's site or justfly.com. In the same call (less than an hour after I booked it), I asked them to cancel the flight. According to the website if it's within 24 hours, you can cancel for free but only by calling. Customer service told me that they couldn't guarantee that I wouldn't be charged a cancellation fee by the airline. They would have to talk to them first. Justfly.com is not worth the hassle.

I booked a flight to Toronto before covid through flighthub and when flights were shut down i was given flight credit. I was now trying to use my credit, and they gave me issues and blamed everything on the airline we were supposed to travel with, saying it is their policy. They said I couldn’t travel past a April 29 2023 because the airline wouldn’t allow me, but I spoke to the to airline about said policy right afterwards and they told me that as long as I book my trip before that certain date they would allow me to travel; additionally I wanted to travel to New York instead of Toronto. When I mentioned that to flighthub they refused saying the airline wouldn’t allow it; when I spoke to the airline they said that as long as there was a flight offered through their airline to New York I could book using my credit. Every time flighthub would give me an issue and blame it on the airlines policy, the airline would tell me there was no such policy on their end. This went on for about 3-4 days, where I was calling them every waking moment that I wasn’t at school or at work; spending at least 4-5 hours on the phone with them daily. When I would ask to speak to a supervisor or a manager I was refused by the agents the first few days because the supervisor would “say the same thing and there is no point”. When I finally got to speak to the supervisor on the 5th day he submitted a request towards the airline which was approved but then when I went to book my ticket they were up selling it to me for $1200 per person when I can see the exact same ticket on their website is only $472. Their customer service is ridiculous and there is no email on their website (at least not one that on their customer support or contact page) for me to contact them at. Trying to talk to a supervisor is incredibly difficult because at first the agents won’t allow you and then once they finally allow you to submit a request it takes 72 hours for them to reach back.

I booked a direct flight in April 2020 from Philadelphia to Denver for Sept 25 through Flighthub and they put me with American Airlines. On Sept 25 I found out that my direct flight was cancelled because American Airlines stopped doing direct flights. I found this out after calling American Airlines theirselves. They stated they stopped doing this in August and that Flighthub should have notified me. I NEVER received a email from Flighthub because if I did I would have changed my flight. The day I went to fly out I looked up my iteneriary and Flighthub still sent me the original one I had from them. If I wouldn’t have called the airline itself we would have got on the wrong flight. I had to rebook my way home for another airline due to it being a direct flight. I would like to speak to someone to have them resolve this for me. I don’t think it’s right that I never got contacted about the change in my flight.

Totally Fraud! DO NOT BOOK any ticket from their site! They will charge you without any your authorization. They totally rip off and thief. I booked ticket and after 3 weeks they emailed me that timing changed! The waiting timing changed from 2 hour to 10 hours and after I called them their answer was I need to pay $430 for each person to go back to my ticket that I previously book!? Do not trust Patricia Johnson! Fraud,Fraud

Terrible experience. I booked a flight on behalf of my daughter and all of a sudden I got a message that my booking didn’t go through. I called immediately after, and spoke to an agent. The agent advised me the reservation I made had been canceled and advised me to book another flight as well as ensuring me a refund of my money from this “cancelled flight”. Keep in mind, I had even received a cancellation email from flight-hub as well shortly after the call. After waiting a few days, they have refused to refund me my money even though I called within the 24 hour limit and spoke to the agent who told me the flight had been canceled and that I would receive a refund. How could that be? Ever since, I have been trying to contact flight-hub’s agents to demand my refund. I’ve been given the wrong information, been misled, lied to, and speaking to unprofessional agents swindling me from one agent to another. Each agent I’ve spoken to has provided me with different and inconsistent information in regards to this issue. This online travel Agency company is fraud company. They tap people to grab cancelled within 24 hours as per customer service. Before I cancel, I called customer service. They told me , 100% refund. After canceling, they are charging handling fees. I want to refund my money.

FlightHub Booking refund

I spoke with an agent on 2025-06-17 to book a flight from Calgary to Quebec City on 2025-06-21.

FlightHub Booking Number: 277-466-641
WestJet Confirmation Number: YFSZFI

I enquired about the possibility to have a refund if I needed to cancel within the 24 cancellation window, and the agent informed me that I could do that but that there would be a 75$ cancellation fee. When I explained the reason why I might be required to cancel, she agreed to waive the 75$ fee. However, when I cancelled my booking a few hours later, a 75$ fee was taken on my credit card. Not only the cancellation hasn't been waived but it has also not been refunded yet.

In addition to that, I was only partially refunded. There is a $50.32 baggage fee that still hasn't been refunded to my credit card. The total amount charged to my credit card was $388.36, yet only $338.04 was refunded.

FlightHub owes me $125.32 and despite my numerous attempts, it is impossible to speak to a customer service agent and nobody will contact me. I have been expecting a callback for 7 days now.

FlightHub My card was charged but no ticket, no confirmation

- On May 26, 2025, I logged into my account on the FlightHub website (Hoang Tung Nguyen), booked a round-trip flight from Toronto (YYZ) to Ho Chi Minh City (SGN), departing on July 1, 2025, returning on December 16, 2025, both operated by United Airlines. Itinerary Toronto - Chicago (ORD) - Haneda - Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City - Narita - Los Angeles (LAX) - Toronto. Economy class ticket for 1 passenger + baggage insurance (~ CAD 12). The total cost of the ticket is CAD 1,663.12.

After entering personal information and my payment card information (I use a Visa card from ACB Vietnam Bank, I am the cardholder), I clicked "Confirm", after about 20 seconds, the FlightHub website showed a notification that the flight is no longer available (attached image), and at the same time the FlightHub website listed the remaining available flights to choose from.

There was no other notification or information, I did not receive a ticket or any confirmation. But at the same time, on the ACB app, there was a notification that I had been charged CAD 1,663.12. At the same time, I also received an email from ACB about this payment (attached email screenshot).

Because I thought that there were no more tickets for that flight, based on the remaining flights that the FlightHub website provided at that time, I booked a second ticket with the same itinerary, also with United Airlines, with the same price of CAD 1,663.12. After entering my personal information and payment card information (ACB Visa card), I clicked "Confirm", after about 20 seconds, the FlightHub website appeared again with a notification that the flight was no longer available. (Because the notification was the same as the previous time, I did not take a screenshot again.)

But on the ACB app, the deduction of 1,663.12 appeared twice, and my credit limit continued to decrease.

Then I called one of the hotline numbers provided by FlightHub, and a male employee replied that in that case, the refund would be made after 1-3 days. He only answered over the phone, without sending any confirmation about it.

Waiting until the afternoon of May 28, 2025, I called FlightHub again, and this time the employee informed me the refund would be processed within 3–5 business days. (He also just answered over the phone, without sending any confirmation of the refund or refund time.)

Because I thought the website was broken, I decided to book a ticket over the phone, and after the above hotline employee read the options, I chose a United Airlines flight for CAD 1,879.90 with the same itinerary as above, except that the return flight would transit in Chicago (ORD), not LAX, before arriving in Toronto.

After providing personal information and card information (still ACB Visa card) to the operator, and agreeing to book that ticket, after waiting for about 30 seconds, he said he could not book the ticket because "the ticket price has changed" (Asked twice, he answered the same.) But on the ACB app, I still saw a charge of CAD 1,879.90 appeared.
At the same time, I also received an email from ACB about this payment.

I attempted to book a ticket three times through FlightHub, and all three attempts were unsuccessful. I received no ticket or confirmation. In the first two attempts, I was notified that the flight was no longer available. During the third attempt via phone, the operator stated that the ticket price had changed. No evidence or confirmation was provided for this, and when I requested a call recording, my request was denied.

But all 3 times on the ACB app there was a notification of money being deducted. I complained about this to the operator, he answered in circles, denied responsibility and did not give me any guarantee that the money would be refunded or the refund time. He transferred the phone to someone else (because I asked to speak to someone with higher authority), but this third operator did not provide me with any confirmation.

I also attached a photo of my account on the FlightHub page, which currently has no tickets.

So the total amount of money deducted from me 3 times is:
1,663.12 + 1,663.12 + 1,879.90 = 5,206.14 (CAD)

This is a huge amount of money for our family. There were no flight tickets and no confirmation from FlightHub was provided. It is really disappointing. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Many people have shared negative experiences with FlightHub, and I sincerely hope this is not the case.

When will I get a refund for the 3 times I booked tickets above (without tickets)? Can FlightHub provide me with a confirmation so that I don't have to borrow money to pay the bank for the above amount?

FlightHub I couldn't check-in to China Southern Airline at Guangzhou on Dec 18, 2024 using the E-ticket from FlightHub, which leaded to I missed all my flights

I paid FlightHub for tickets from Guangzhou to Shanghai on Dec. 18 and then From Shanghai to Dallas and from Dallas to Toronto. When I was checking-in at China Southern Airline at Guangzhou airport on Dec 18, 2024, I was told my ticket was not well booked so that they couldn't let me board. I have showed them all the information I have regarding my ticket booking with FlightHub including the E-ticket number, but the final conclusion is my ticket was not well booked and I could not take this flight. I called FlightHub trying to solve this issue right away, but the FlightHub representative told me their ticket was correct, they could do nothing. The representative also told me to contact Japan Airline because the ticket was issued by Japan Airline. I called Japan Airline and I was asked to contact FlightHub and Japan Airline could do nothing. After hours of inefficient conversation, I still could not take this flight. Thus, I missed my flight from Guangzhou to Shanghai due to ticket issue and then also missed my connecting flight from Shanghai to Dallas and from Dallas to Toronto.

I have to buy a new ticket to complete my travel from Guangzhou to Toronto which costs me CNY 7520. The case number of FlightHub is #4834599. My FlightHub booking confirmation number is [protected]. E-ticket number is 131-[protected]-54.

I have paid FlightHub for this ticket, now because of the ticket issue, I missed my flights. FlightHub should take the responsibility and compensate my loss.

FlightHub Flight that was cancelled then they rebooked days later after I told then to refund me

I received an email November 28, 2024 late afternoon, that a leg of my return flight had been cancelled. I was on a chat, and on the phone around 4 hours in total that day trying to get help sorting this out. I asked for them to find me another flight, and they proceeded to tell me that there were none whatsoever, and there was nothing they could do. They told me they had over 50 other in their queue that were in the same situation. After a few hours of this, I asked them if they couldn't provide me a new flight to refund me or credit me. My trip was 3 weeks away. I then found a flight elsewhere.

On December 2, 2024 after I had already told them to cancel my flight the week before someone called to tell me they had new flight information for me. This after I was told the week before they were not able to help me.

This is terrible customer service, and I would like my money refunded or a credit, as I gave FlightHub the opportunity to get me a new flight the week before and they were unable to find me one. The request for cancellation was in their system in November. and here they are calling me in December to say I am now booked elsewhere. I will not be using this ticket and they can resell it, and give me a credit or refund, as it was their fault they could not offer me an alternative flight when I asked.

In fact, FlightHub’s approach to your canceled flight and their slow response can be considered customer service horror. Insist on a refund or whether you desire a credit pointing out the cancellation and their failure to arrange for another flight when I demanded one. If not and they persist, raise a dispute with your payment provider informing them of the facts of your case and your attempts to resolve the issue. Otherwise, do not allow them to steal your money for work that was never done.

FlightHub I need help with a refund that still hasn't been processed yet

I have a pending refund, but it has been over 24 hours and still no update and I still have not received my money back.
When I was booking a ticket on flighthub, on the last page they deducted the grand total on my debit card, with a message that the flight I was booking was no longer available, and they promised a refund. But, It has been over 24 hours with no update or refund from flighthub, I have tried contacting their customer support and yet there was still no response.

Claimed loss: $380.92

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response along with a full refund.

FlightHub sure knows how to keep you on the edge of your seat — too bad it’s not on the flight you booked. Taking your money and then ghosting you on the refund isn’t a good look. If they don't speed up that refund, they might find themselves with more unhappy customers than available flights! Keep pressing them until they deliver on their promise.

FlightHub Unauthorised payments

On the 27/07 Flighthub took authorized $150 for admin fees, and Qatar airways took an authorized $414 for flight change. These were authorised payments as I changed my flights - booking reference [protected].

The concern is that Flight hub then attempted to take 6 more unauthorized payments of £ 322.25, which would total nearly GBP 2000. Luckily I do not have these funds so this declined. I felt this was uneasy at the time as why is this company trying to take so much money from my account with no reasoning. The gentleman I was speaking to (Khaled - via whatsapp) assured me this was an error.

Today (01/08) I have been charged $412 from Qatar Airways with no reason. I have contacted them who have advised me to contact yourselves as they have not recieved any additional payment.

This is outrageous as I do not have any more money and this has taken me into an unarranged overdraft which I am going to be charged for. I do not understand why A) flight hub tried to take 6x the money out my account and failed, and B) I have been charged $412 dollars today. These are both unauthorized. This was all the money that I have left for the next month and it has been taken, I am also now in my overdraft which I am going to be charged for. This is so upsetting and I am extremley stressed.

Has my information been leaked? Please raise this as a major issue and I will be seeking immediate refund.

It's concerning that FlightHub attempted to take multiple unauthorized payments from your account, and it’s a relief that they were declined. However, this kind of error is unacceptable, and Khaled's assurance over WhatsApp doesn't exactly inspire confidence when your funds are at risk.

The additional $412 charge from Qatar Airways is baffling, especially when they claim not to have received any payment. The fact that these charges have pushed you into an unarranged overdraft, resulting in additional fees, only adds to the stress of the situation.

You have every right to be upset and stressed about this. It's important that FlightHub addresses this issue immediately and provides a full explanation, along with a refund for the unauthorized charges. I would recommend contacting your bank as well to dispute the charges and potentially block further transactions from FlightHub.

FlightHub Scammed never received services

They charged me $225 to change information on my flight and when we went to check in they never change anything. At all. Jetblue customers serviced had to help. Then after my flight back they called to tell me they needed another $225 for the return flight but I was already home so i hung up on them. The airline were the ones to help change the flight information on my departing and returning flights at no extra cost. These people would not return my $225. The photo I attatched was the screen of us checking in and if you notice the birthday was never changed

They charged me $225 to change information on my flight and when we went to check in they never change anything. Then after my flight back they called to tell me they needed another $225 for the return flight but I was already home. The airline were the ones to help change the flight info at no extra cost they said I was scammed. These people would not return my money.

Charging you $225 and then not delivering? That’s outright theft. You did the right thing by relying on JetBlue’s customer service, but you shouldn’t have had to go through that hassle in the first place.

You need to take a stand against this nonsense. Contact FlightHub again, but this time, make it clear you won’t be brushed off. Demand a refund for the $225. If they give you the runaround, go public with your story. Post about your experience, share that screenshot showing the unchanged information, and tag them. Let everyone see how they mishandled your booking and tried to squeeze more money out of you.

You’ve got the evidence, and you’ve got the right to a refund. Keep pushing until they make it right. You deserve better, and you shouldn’t have to fight this hard for something that should’ve been done correctly in the first place. Stand strong and don’t back down.

FlightHub Cancelation fees

FlightHub Booking Confirmation Number: 251-924-761

April 3rd 6.18pm PDT booked a flight with China airlines refundable within 24 hours

April 4th 810am tickets still not issued and pending. Called but took 1 hour hung up. Chatted with agent told $75 x5 per ticket to cancel that the tickets are ok

Continued to call and chat and explain that because of loyalty and spending 15k with no issues and very happy with them in the past we used them again instead of China airlines directly. Told nothing can be done I have to pay $375.

While talking and chatting received a email

Unfortunately, we couldn't fulfill your booking request

We regret to inform you that an unexpected airline change has led to your booking being cancelled. Occasionally, airlines make unforeseen changes to their flight schedules that result in confirmed bookings being incomplete or unfulfilled. While we were unable to fulfill this particular booking request, searching for a new flight is a few clicks away!

Logged into account and it said

Unfortunately, we were unable to secure your tickets and had to cancel your booking as we were unable to receive payment within the airline’s booking time limit. We apologize for the inconvenience and invite you to make a new reservation here.

So now I log into my credit card and sure enough there is a charge for $375 charged for a service that was never delivered tickets were never issues and we cancelled way before the 24 hours. Please refund this the bank advised me to contact you first and I tried for the love of God I tried and wasted so much time. Your agents all need to be fired they lack any critical thinking skills or empathy, kindness all Robots and for what because I was loyal to you? Spent almost 15k with you in the last year. I have to go to the Philippines 3 times a year your going to poop on my loyalty and future business for a fraudulent $375 charge.

Life isn't all about money let's take a step back and respect the people the customers that make you money.

FlightHub No any email or notification for airline cancellation!

I booked round-trip airfares from Toronto to China on Flighthub (Booking Reference:4GMM6R-Depart on 12:55, Wed 23 Aug,2023 from Toronto and Depart on 9:30, wed 22, Nov from China back to Toronto) and my all seats have been confirmed while I got confirmed email on 19th, August,2023. On 22th, Nov.2023, I did not receive any flight cancellation notification until I arrived in airport and can not find my flight information. I was expecting receiving email before the day I took off. But I did not, I took a taxi according to the original itinerary at two o'clock in the morning with a three-year-old child and four suitcases from Weihai to Qingdao International Airport. Because of the coastal area, the night fog is very heavy, when I arrived at the airport at about six o'clock but can not find my flight information, after inquiry, I was told that the airport did not have this flight NH928, this flight stopped flying a month ago! My husband in Canada immediately contacted Flighthub and they gave us a new itinerary, which I found to be not reasonable at all. Because I was transferring from Japan and the intermediate transfer was at two different airports and there was only an hour and a half transfer time. Then we contacted Flighthub again. Flighthub ended up changing our itinerary to two intermediate transfers, a total of 23 hours and 22 minutes (Ticket NO: [protected]). My kids and I waited at the airport for another seven hours before taking off, and then made two transfers, including in Vancouver to take out all our four suitcases. The whole process was extremely difficult and exhausted. By the way, the Liuting airport in Qindao was written on flighthub ticket information was totally ridiculous. Liuting airport has been closed two years ago! it should be updated to Qindao Jiaodong International Airport! what's ev en more infuriating is that I keep contacting with Flighthub customer service on the phone since I came back to Canada. It can not be connected and I was told that will be someone called back to me every time. However, I have been waited for two weeks and I still did not receive one call from them! I am so infuriated and got disappointed by Flighthub!

FlightHub Misleading.

Worst travel agency ever. I booked my flight, paid for my desired seat then a few days later I was told that the seat was no longer available. I checked with Air Canada the seat was still available for $75 but Flight hub showed me the price of $32 + $25 for the seat assignment fee at the time of booking since the price went up which will cost them an extra $18 they chose to cancel my seat request and refund me $25 and lied to me by saying the seat is not available. My point is, if Flight Hub displayed a seat for a certain amount and agreed upon then it's Flight Hub's responsibility to cover the difference for misleading a customer. Then an agent confirmed that the seat price was costing them more than what they agreed upon and then later denied that they said that. I have screenshots of the chat

Apart from that, they charge an extra $200 for any changes on top of an airline penalty fee of $150. Again, If the airline charges a few dollars flight hub charges 4times more in the name of "saving your time".

FlightHub Scammed by employee Oscar Llobet ext 110

To flight hub management. I have a serious complaint against your employee by the name of Oscar Llobet ext 110 from your montreal Quebec office. Oscar purposely charged me a higher price flight ticket by $400 more than the website. I called to get help and I told him I wanted the lowest price possible as per your website flighthub. One way from Shanghai to Toronto for the amount $1341 leaving Aug 4. If you look on the website the lowest price is still there. He lied and said he could not give me this price and that all the tickets were sold out and prices were going up and he charged my a price for 2 tickets higher than the website by $400. But as of today a week later the lowest price and tickets are still there. Oscar Llobet ext 110 tricked me and said if I did not book now the ticket price would go higher and made up an excuse and booked me on a flight without my approval for $400 dollars more than the price on the website. Yet the lowest price is still there days later even today. Can you please fire Oscar Llobet ext 110 now. I would like a full refund without penalty or and charges for this flight as I did not approve this flight. Oscar Llobet coerced me and used scare tactics to get me to pay the higher priced ticket. Who can I talk to? Why would Oscsr lie and book me on a flight that cost $400 more than on the website? And that I did not approve. Is this how you train your employees? As you can in my attachement the price is still 1335. Yet he still charged me 1484 for both tickets. Oscar Llobet ext 110 is a liar and is very dishonest. Can you please help me?

I would like a full refund without penalty or and charges for this flight as i did not approve this flight. Oscar Llobet coerced me and used scare tactics to get me to pay the higher priced ticket. Who can I talk to? Why would Oscsr lie and book me on a flight that cost $400 more than on the website? And that I did not approve. Is this how you train your employees? As you can in my attachement the price is still 1335. Yet he still charged me 1484 for both tickets. Oscar Llobet ext 110 is a liar and is very dishonest. Can you please help me? Can you please reimburse me for the difference of $400?

FlightHub Wouldn't refund us our flight money when we had to cancel our trip. We paid for cancellation insurance.

I hadn't been feeling well and received pain pills from my doctor which were handling the pain well. Then discovered it was Rheumatoid Arthritis but I felt

well enough to travel so we booked a trip to Calgary. 48 hours prior to travel, my pain went through the roof. I wasn't able to even pick up a book. I cried myself to sleep the pain was so bad. We cancelled on the Friday for the Saturday flight. They have still not reimbursed us our $969.47. Cancellation Protection was $111.53. Not ethical business practices.

Claimed loss: $969.47

Desired outcome: Total refund.

FlightHub Cancel fake insurance.

To chime into with all the thousands of flight hub. ca complaints they obviously care nothing about. So we book two tickets to Guatemala and because we booked so far in advance we take out flight cancelation insurance in case. When you pay for cancelation insurance what do you think you are paying $100 each ticket for? I assumed like everyone else it was so if I needed to cancel my flight all I had to do was call within reasonable notice. Two months before the flight I call and tell them we have to cancel because my wife cant go and they say sorry about your luck. I tell them we paid two hundred dollars for cancelation insurance and they say you need a document from your Dr attesting to your inability to crawl to the airport or a death certificate saying your mother died the day of the booking or if you had a flight booked to Gaza you might need proof that your hotel had been bombed or destroyed by rockets you may (or may not) qualify to get your cancelation refund you paid for but thats up to them to decide. On further investigation that wouldn’t qualify. P.S. We could have got real flight cancelation insurance and health insurance $20 bucks cheaper each from CAA then the fake insurance Flight Hub sells. I unfortunately found out after the fact.

So if you buy flight cancelation insurance not only is not worth the paper its written on and your out the money your plane ticket money is down the toilet so we are out 1800 bucks to the crooks.

Desired outcome: Honor the insurance you sell or dont sell it!

FlightHub Paid for leg room seats and when I got on the plane found they were regular seats.

Booking [protected] for 2 persons, this concerns flight from montreal to zurich on August 29, 2023.

Carrier Swiss Air

When I booked my tickets I also paid for 2 bulk extra leg space as I am disabled and 6.4" tall. I was given Seats numbers 29A and 29B. A few days before departure I get an email that the seat 29B was changed to 29G. This meant that my wife would be seated far from me. This would cause me a problem as she usually assists me when getting up as it is difficult for me to do on my own. I called the airplane carrier Swiss Air and explained I needed 2 seats close together. The agent then gave me seat numbers 30K and 30J, she assured me these seats were with extra leg room as the seats I had paid for. However upon entering the aircraft I noticed that the new seats assigned to us were regular seats. I could not get into the seat as my knees were past touching the back of seat in front of me. I called the stewardess and she agreed it would not be possible for me to travel in that condition. After waiting standing up which was hard for me to do and all passengers were seated she managed to get one person to exchange his seat. However my wife would have to be seated in 30K and far from me.

Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded for both seats,

FlightHub Booked flight, customer service agent said I didn't pay taxes and need to pay $300

I booked a flight on FlightHub on Sep 28, 2023 at 10:51am. 3hrs later the e-ticket has not arrived and ticket status was still "In Progress...". When speaking with customer service for flighthub I was informed I have not paid the taxes for the flight and needed to pay additional $289 in taxes. I asked to speak to a supervisor, because this sounded like a scam to me. When asked to refund the ticket I was told they can only refund 75% of the ticket. I would lose $500. After speaking to supervisor lady, she informed me that they will make an exception and I can proceed with the flight as is, ticket will be sent within few hours to 24hrs. Mind you the flight is in 30hrs from this conversation. I informed the supervisor that no she is not doing me any exceptions/favors, I have looked at the ticket and it clearly states "taxes included". I am convinced these people are scamming customers by making them pay additional funds and calling them taxes. The supervisor told me that I did not check mark a spot where it says to add the taxes. I asked her how can I buy a ticket without paying taxes. She stated some people do not have money to pay everything online and pay the rest over the phone by calling them as I am doing right now. Total bs/ nonsense and scam. Eventually she could not answer my questions and hung up on me. When I called back and asked for supervisors name I was told her name was Alena, which I am sure is not the name she gave me at the beginning of the call.

Terrible company to book with. Customer service personal should be prosecuted for fraud.

I am certain the e-ticket is not gonna arrive in time.. we will see.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and compensation of $289 for my time wasted on the phone with these people that were trying to scam me.

FlightHub Charged me for your services and they were not adequate

I don't fly and neither had my mother so I was online actually went through you guys. Booked the flight for Link's air booking reference jyj hlx September 21st flight number 19-510 for Miss Sue Ellen jancik. When I booked the flight for my mom you did not ask about carry on I had no place to mark that. I also had no place to request assistance since my mother has hard of hearing and had knee surgery and is unable to walk the best. Links was $99.01 you guys charged me $126.97 . I would appreciate being refunded for your service without we're not adequate. When I got to the airport I had to pay another $100 on top for her carry-on. Very very unhappy customer

FlightHub My FlightHub Account

I set up a FlightHub account to book a trip on 18 August 2023 with my email address as my username.

Since then, I have been unable to log in to my account because I forgot my password. All attempts to reset my password have been unsuccessful because the reset password emails from FlightHub never arrived in the inbox of, despite many attempts on several days.

I chatted with one of FlightHub's representatives and discovered that someone else's email address had been assigned to my account and all messages meant for me were being sent to that email address, thus compromising my account and rendering me unable to manage my account.

I have been unable to get through to their IT department to reset my account.

Desired outcome: Reset my account with my email address as my username so I can receive my password reset emails to enable me to manage my account.

FlightHub Some of my flights were cancelled by west jet and I need a refund but I am unable to contact flight hub to address.

My complaint was based on flight hub booking [protected]. This was flights befween Penticton and Whitehorse return. In contact with Flight Hub somewhere between Aug 21 and Aug 23 I was given a Claim Nunber but lost the numbert I had writen on a piece of paper as I completed my trip. Flight Hub should have this number. I was promised that they would email me a form to complete my claim. I never received an email. Providing the email would allow me to provide detail of the claim and allow me to provide the detail of the claim and resolve my concern. I have been un unable to contact Flight Hub in any form from phone to email to chat bot to address the problem. Part of the difficulty appears to be that the flight booking [protected] is now complete and no longer reconcognized by Flight Hub in my attempts to contact them. If the Claim Numver is now also not recongnized by Flight Hub the only solution is for a Flight Hub agent to phone me a [protected] (Penticton, BC) as they did during my first discussions with Flight Hub that was initiated before the flinal leg of my flight.

Desired outcome: To get the emails I am entitled to.

FlightHub Refund of flight

State of emergency due to wildfires declared for the destination of my flight, Kelowna BC.Booking flying from YYC to Kelowna August 20 to return August 26. Flight confirmation number [protected]. Airlines willing to refund my flight, but since Flighthub booked it, they can't refund my credit card which was not used. Flight hub refused to refund my flights although I have contacted them several times in connection with this issue.

Desired outcome: Full refund for my unuseable flights.

FlightHub JustFly Customer service and Website

I recently purchased tickets from Barcelona to San Francisco for the Vueling flight through your website. At the time of purchase, the seats were not assigned. I followed the link on your website to the Vueling website, as instructed, to assign seats; however, Vueling could not find my booking.

I went back to your website and spent almost an hour waiting for customer service, then another hour chatting with them, but they did not help. They told me they would get back to me within 48 hours, but nobody contacted me. A few weeks later, I had another chat with customer service, and again, they could not help and promised to contact me back within 48 hours. I never received any contact back.

I eventually figured it out myself, and now I know that the information on your website is completely wrong. It sends you to the wrong place. This caused me horrible frustration and anxiety.

Desired outcome: an explanation of why the website was wrong and why customer service never got back to me. I feel that I need some compensation for the time and frustration I experienced.
