These guys will promise you higher tax returns. The guys who take your tax interview are data entry operators will absolutely no knowledge of tax rules. They ask standard questions from a list they have. If you have any queries after they provide the TAX summary, and you call them, it always goes to answering machine. I had try multiple times over a period of one week to get them to respond to a clarification I had. After paying the fees, and downloading the docs, I realized that they had ignored certain income after me explicitly specifying during the tax interview and also uploading the relevant docs. I had to point out to them the mistake and they made and they apologized and corrected it. I had a feeling the who prepare the returns do not know a thing about US tax laws. This is the experience i had with them in 2009. I would definitely do not recommend filing with them. They are ignorant and do not care about violating the US tax laws. Just try to get you more returns for a moderate fees, to get you to file with them. And finally guess what, this year I am having the same problem with them (this year I have some foreign income and wanted to see if i get better service) and from my calculations it looks like they did not consider my foreign income, my calls are not getting answered. So this year I am definitely not going to file my 2010 tax returns with them

Very bad service.

I have been with this guys for tax filing last year. But this year i coul feel the pain, i have given all the details about me and payed the fees as well. One fine day they started not responding and my tax filing is no where. Calling at their help desk is waste and usually no one picks up. Sent mail, no reply at all. Site is still up but no customer service. Real bad experience i felt.
Also looks like, totally this company has only 2-3 people working and work is being outsourced. Looks like they have seasoned work culture, like no support for some season. Cannot be considered as a full fledged company, that can be approached anytime. I will not opt them for tax filing next time.
just a waste site for tax filing. This is the first time i am doing the US tax filing. I have stayed less than 180 days and i am married. and that illiterate CPA have filed my tax returns as single and US resident. i have come to know this after doing my payments and download the tax return doc. The response that idiotic tax preparer gave is even though u voilate the rule also its wont create any problem. now i need to approac a different tax consultant to prepare a new one and its compl, ete loss of money. please dont blindly use this site and file ur tax returns by vioaliting US laws. i had such a worst experienced with this firm
I never had any issues with these guys . i filed last 4 year taxes with them . Need to see how they do this year
