Over the weekend April 6th, my car was towed from the garage. I talked to the towing company in which told me I had to contact the office why it was towed. After parking g once again at my complex on Sunday it was towed once again. I contacted the office in which told me I was not permitted to park in the garage. I informed them upon signing for the rental I was told that all spaces were unassigned and that I was allowed to park in the garage. The office gave me a remote key access for the garage and have been parking there since day one of renting. I also registered my vehicle information with the office at time of signing. I told this to the front office who in which told me it was a mistake on their part and I should not have been given access to the garage. However they would not compensate or rectify the problem. So my concern is after the management admitting their own fault, lacking special garage permit in renting agreement, as well as not notifying me of not being permitted to park in the garage for 7 months while having my vehicle information registered with them before towing. I would like to be compensated for the mistake admitted by the front office costing me over $700 in towing fees. The name of the apartments is Project Open- subsidiary of Evergreene Management Group
Claimed loss: Over $700
Desired outcome: Refund of towing cost
