Be careful with this organization! They are less for their customers. They lost my original diploma. Bad customer service. After I submitted my application nobody even called me to confirm anything. I received my evaluation and when I asked about my originals, I was told that they don't have them. Every time I call, they say that they are doing investigation. It's been over a year now. I still don't have originals. I don't know what to do. I am hopeless. I am supposed to get evaluation from different company for different school but I can't ...because they need originals. Basically, because of Educational perspectives I can't continue my education.

Their promise of 5 working days to do evaluation is rubbish.
I wish i had read the comments here first.
Keep getting the cold shoulder treatment.
Very sad indeed. I thought customer service in Africa sucked but these guys take the cake.
Thanks for nothing.

They took 2 years to evaluate my transcript from Kenya. Try them at your pockets expenses and psychological well-being.

This is my very first review in my life and I really wanted to do this.

It is 09/02/2016. I just went through my digital evaluation from Educational Perspective(EduPers). I am very pleased with the evaluation and the efficiency of the EduPers evaluator.
I am new to the US and my education spreads accross 2 continents - Africa and Europe.
After more than 1yr of hesitation to have my foreign credentials evaluated by Educational Perspective, because of the reviews I read about its services, I decided to contact some universities in Chicago to see if they could evaluate my credentials instead. The universities I contacted referred me to Educational Perspective. I was very sad to learn that, I did not have a choice.

I finally contacted Educational Perspective and I am very glad I did. From the time EduPers recieved all my credentials to the time it issued the evaluation report, was less than a week.

The very first mail I received from EduPers was an advice on how to get my credentials sent directly to them from Africa. I replied saying I left Africa 21yrs ago and that it was impossible since everything is changed over there. The evaluator replied with a detailed description of the process involed in my country in Africa, to have my High School credentials sent to EduPers digitally or by courier. I was surprised. I succeeded in no time at all sending the credentials to the evaluator here in Chicago.

The evaluator assisted me also, via emails, in getting my university credentials from Europe.

I commend the efficiency, patience and kind assistance of the evaluator.

My advice to people seeking evaluation is that they should look no further than Educational Perspective and do not always believe everything you read in a review.
I wish I had contacted EduPers on time, I would have been half-way through my Masters programme already.

Big thank you to EduPers for its Superb Service to the public!

I strongly agree with all the negative comments about Educational Perspective. I submitted my transcripts for evaluation, and they kept telling me that they are unable to confirm my transcripts with the institution where I originally got my degree. (I submitted a copy of my original transcripts with all valid stamps and everything on it.) I asked them to cancel the process and refund me, so I can find another company and submit my transcripts for evaluation. They refused to do that, and they told me that they can't cancel it or refund me unless I wait six months. I had to wait six miserable months, calling them almost once a week, but it was all useless. Finally, their customer service stopped answering my calls. After six months, while they were still unable to finalize my transcript evaluation, they refunded me partially.
Please don't waste your time with them. Very inefficient and unprofessional service.

Educational Perspectives is the worst credit evaluation company out there. They took my money and promised me a course by course evaluation if I presented them my documents in Spanish and in English. They lied. I gave them the documentation they requested and they keep stalling and delaying and saying I haven't submitted those documents, which is a total lie because the secretary who answers the phone confirms that they have received them. I gave them the documentation they requested and paid them and now they are refusing to give me the evaluation in return. On top of all that, they are rude, they lack empathy, and they have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. In short - they took my money really fast and then refused to give me what I paid for and now refuse to give me a refund. It's really a horrible situation. I feel like I've just been robbed.

The worst evaluation firm I have ever met. They took my money and did not give me my evaluation. I should read your comments before. I can not imagine how this firm can survive!

The main problem that I had with these guys was the processing time. I waited about 3 weeks to get my eval. and took a piece of my nerves to keep pushing on them over the phone and email about twice a week But honestly after all it was worth it . The grades were properly translated to US grades and even higher than expected. Overall scaling: 3.7 of 5.
