Edmond Premier Group review: Property management

The property management company was negligent in the handling in my home. I entrusted them to collect the security deposit and maintain the home in "good condition". However, when the tenants vacated I specifically (and in writing) made it clear that I was not okay with the condition the home was left in. They returned the deposit to the tenants anyway. The home has needed several thousand dollars of repairs and it took me months to get it in proper condition to lease out again.
They are horrible about communicating and taking responsibility. I imagine I will have to sue them to recover damages and lost rents.
