On the 23 Feb 2023 I asked about the state of the order and was ignored.
On the 25 Feb 2023 I found a way to 'see' the state of the order and found the following that the order is on hold. I queried why its still on hold and received the following message "This order was dispatched the same day and it was shipped."
On 1 March 2023 I asked the company for the shipping agent and track number so I can trace the package. And have sinse been ignored.
To me, this sounds a bogus company. And, I need some help.
All the correspndense was done via e-mail.

Desired outcome: I would like the order canceled and my money refunded. But, as they are ignoring me, I am not sure I can achieve it.
