Disys LLC review: Read their agreements! Very strange point

I was hired by Disys LLC. They have checked all details about me and the whole procedure took about 2 weeks. They sent me 20 pages agreement, but continued to check details. But they wanted to sign me this agreement within short period of time. I read the whole agreement and found out one point, which I didn’t like. It was mentioned that after termination I couldn’t provide my services within one year to people with whom you have already had contact. Seriously? I tried to negotiate, but the reps didn’t meet my needs.
