Damelin Correspondence College [DCC] review: Reprint of my certificate 1

I completed my qualification with Damelin back in 1999 and I got my certificate for my Diploma in HR. Some time ago, I misplaced my certificate and I just recently asked the College to assist me with the reprint of my certificate.

It's been almost two months and my emails are not been responded to anymore. At first, they said they would come back to me, and when I realized that it's been a couple of weeks without hearing from them. I started following up and there has been no response whatsoever.

I have no idea what is taking so long and no one seems to be bothering responding to my emails.

I am currently looking for a job and need my certificate, it is just so frustrating. I am concerned that maybe they have lost files and they can't find my records, I honestly don't know what to think now.

There truth of the matter is that I paid to do this qualification and even if I misplaced my original certificate, they should have a record and be able to reprint the certificate for me.

I am really disappointed.
