Charges an unreal amount of money to give absolutely no help or guarantee of turning around a business. Then, when you do not have the money to pay them, they get VERY nasty! My Boss hired these people before I came here, thinking they would help his Business. All they did was rip him off! He has paid them thousands of dollars already, and now they are relentless in their pursuit of more money! Now, I am determined to reveal these people for who they really are, and do what I can, to turn this around!
I did business with these people back in Jann 2018 and I did not like their antics one bit. A cold call from the Sales VP and then passed off to a representative "consultant" and then handed over to an audit team. After 3-4 days of intense audit and interference I wrote them a check in full for there "services" and demanded they leave my office immediately. I did not receive ANY benefit from my interaction with them. Then again on Nov. 20th I am contacted again by Bill S. and he sent out another consultant the following Monday. Again I thought Bill S. was coming to the meeting (they pulled this stunt in 2018) as soon as the consultant handed me his card I realized that I had been played again and asked him to leave my office immediately. I retrieved the archive info and called the consultant to get his e-mail address. The number was a re-route to corporate and the e-mail address corporate gave to me "auto-blocks" e-mail. Watch out for this group CBS out of Schaumburg, Il.
I too have been ripped off by Corporate Business Solutions. I paid $108, 000.00. The first consultant made such a mess of our books that they eventually had to send a second consultant out to completely redo them. In a report the second consultant wrote of the first, "You had no way of knowing whether or not the different revenue streams of your company were making money or losing money." The second consultant did not completely fix all of the mess the first consultant made but Corporate Business Solutions was not going to pay for any more time. They were also supposed to fix 2 tools they created and never worked. They didn't do anything towards those problems. They refuse to refund my money because they say I have received valuable consulting. Everything that can be seen on paper was wrong but the only thing that can't be seen is somehow right?
