I was sent money from the US to pay for our bills, when I got to BDO they told me that XOOM is offline. I waited from 9AM and still their service is down, I am nearing disconnection because of their crappy service. A year ago, they declined my $25 transfer and didn't credit it back to me. I tried to contact them but to no avail.
