How come below two reports for two persons exactly same, even tying mistakes are same?
That means they send "gem" reports by using the birth sign and charge 15 USD (in my case 30 USD) without any effort.
This is completely wrong and cheating customers.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
