Company does not answer telephone to accept cancellation of future shipments, and website given for written cancellation, teahelp@usa.com does not exist. I have notified my credit card company to reject further billing.

Cancellation at anytime is made easy by calling 1-866-449-5567, emailing teahelp@usa.com, or by coming to our website and chatting with a LiveHelp representative, who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for assistance.

The message on the phone # states the hours are 8 am - 5 pm MST. I utilized the LiveHelp option. The rep. supplied me with the address to send my unused product back, told me what information to include with the shipment, which methods to utilize, and said that a refund will be issued upon receipt of the unused product.

I was able to copy and paste the whole online conversation into Word to save and/or print "just in case".
