Return wrong items and customer service
I made an order of over $350. I received the order with 1 damage item, 2 wrong items and extra charges on my CC. I have tired to contact his company for a while with no response. I can't even find a phone number where to call them. Wey upset and disappointed. Not sure if I ever get my money back. Worse customer service ever.

Absolutely the same trash just like other Chinese websites. Nothing new.
Same troubles with shipping and delivery. it takes too long and it makes you stop waiting for your items. Really, after my first bad try, I doubt I will order again.
What I got was nothing like the picture on the website. Another sign of a chinese website. And the quality, of course. Terrible, horrible and awful. Three words to describe this nightmare that's hard to return and get a refund for it. My advice for you - do not deal with them or you will regret.

Do not believe this site! Items look absolutely nothing like pictures on WoldDress website. On pictures everything looks perfect but what they sell is just a cheap poorly made replica. I bought a dress and it looked terrible and did not fit even though it was my size. I contacted them and they said that was impossible and even after I sent them pictures they said that they don't see the problem. Their support is ridiculous, they try to protect themselves and they'll do anything to keep your money.
I ordered a dress almost two months ago and have not received it
Very disappointed with this store
I paid for 7 day shipping and it still took them forever to deliver my order! I can't say anything bad about the dress, it was nice, but their customer service is the worst ever. When my order did not show up on time I contacted WoldDress and asked what was going on and they said that they had some difficulties with the delivery. Then I asked them to refund the amount I paid for shipping but they refused and said that it was non-refundable! What a joke! I'm very disappointed with that kind of attitude, very customer unfriendly store!
i bought a dress from Wolldress and it was delivered dirty with many stains all over.obviously the dress has been worn before. and now they wont answer my emails. Scam company and terrible customer service. stay away!
Slow delivery
I've ordered a dress from www.wolddress.com and since I needed it to be here as soon as possible I paid extra money for the quick delivery. They said I'll get the dress within 7 days and I was ok with that. Needed the dress for the special event.
7 days passed and there was no sign of my dress! I had only 3 days left!
I contacted customer service and asked why was it taking so long. Their rep asked me to be more patient and said that my dress was on its way. He was not able to tell me the exact delivery date.
My order finally arrived two weeks later! Will never order from www.wolddress.com! Their delivery service is extremely slow!
I LOVED this dress and it was PERFECT!Definetly will buy more dresses! Love them all! Cheers!
I text jenny but never got a response so refund me because it's more than a month and nobody it's say anything to me and I have order a under dress less than two week Dhl and nothing yet
