This company got me to sign up Adwords and they said that as a special promotion they will contribute $100 towards it so I paid them AUD $300 and didn't feel comfortable about after I paid them .
They promised to do a website for me that will attract traffic and the manager there who"s name is Brendon was very rude and cheeky when I questioned him and asked him why he has not put important contents about my business and why I can't tell him what info for my website after all who knows more about my business than myself?he became aggressive, rude and said to me to not tell him how to do his job and that he is an expert.i said that he is not acting in a professional manner and it's been 3 days and I haven't had any phone calls yet .
Next day I receive an email saying that they were offended by my comments and they cancel the contract and do not wish to do business with me ( how convenient after receiving my money) I rang and spoke to him and asked him when i should be receiving my refund and again he was rude and said that when google refunds the money to them only then will I receive my money back and he abruptly hung up.Called after 10 days still no refund and he refuses to talk to me.
I left messages and return calls.
I asked the person who answered the phone who the owner was and if I can be put thru.He asked my name and my business name and after a short while he hung up.
Till date no refund and I feel that it is not their intention to refund my money even though they cancelled and not myself.
I urge anyone who is thinking giving this company any money to get them on google to be aware of their fraudulent tactics because you won't see a cent of your money back.
If you like giving away your money I would give to a charity organization and not to this company because you will getting nothing in return.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Un Australian is the way to describe this company, amateurs at best, they register your domain in there name and hold it to ransom, this company should be named and shamed, if you do business with them, it will be a rocky ride.
Anyone will to join us in taking them to court please us as this business and CEO needs to stop being dishonest

Websyte corporation made me do a voice recorded contract and they assured me that I would have MY website on front page. They did not tell me they would be building me a new website... THE WEBSITE THEY BUILT ME WAS ONE PAGE. I spent time and money building my business website and wanted this one on front page.
After realising what they had done I cancelled all services the next day. They then tried billing me for a service that I did not agree to of $1900.00 or was it what I wanted or thought I was getting. They tried ripping me off... After 2 years they are trying to get the money off me again.
I am shocked that they lie and mislead people to believing they are getting something when they are not.
RIP OFFS.
Wouldn't recommend using them at all.
Hi, I totally understand you! Try being locked into a contract for 24months and your advertising is going backwards. We lost staff and the more I called and asked it was ignored. They actually use to be a great advertising firm but last 2 years we have had issues and unfortunately stuck with them. I've made google complaint but haven't heard from them. People like this make google advertising a no go zone and definitely disappointed. DONT NOT USE WEBSYTE CORPORATION in Melbourne!
