Hi, I was scammed too I'm from New Zealand. I signed up with Web 7 in December 2013, 6 months down the track nothing, I hadn't herd from Jim tried everything from email to leaving messages on their answer machine and still waiting. It has been so frustrating and I'm angry and embarrassed but there is nothing I can do so i just gave up. Yes it is nice to know that I'm not the only one out their that was taken for a ride and put a big fat hole in my pocket so lets move on and lets not make that same mistake again.

I got scammed in February. Been trying to reach some ### named Jim and also calling [protected]. I e-signed and gave my Tax ID number to them as well. Ripped off of $115 USD. I just block phone numbers of scams calling my phone. Another scam I got caught up in cause I was obsessed is a fraud man pretending to be Tyler Perry. I was told to invest and I'd get more money. I was tempted to invest many times, which estimated $15, 000. I even signed a contract which was unprofessional looking. I'll never fall for that BS anymore. If I invest in something it'll be face-to-face, legitimate contract, and a money back guarantee if I'm not satisfied.

I will be putting in a complaint to the BBB better business bureau BBB.org. Has anyone else done this yet?

I was scammed too and I am in Australia as well so feel like it is harder for me to do anything about it. It is slightly comforting to know I am not the only one who was scammed! Sorry to hear it. Has anyone had any luck with getting any money back?

I have been scammed as well! $7000.00 in fact! Same ###, Jim, Carrie, Steve. Now they are not in the office and phone doesn't work. Way to go people! Steal an honest mans dollar. These ###s need to be stopped! What can I do to get my money back or put a stop to these people from continuing to steal?

They caught me too in the net ! I lost 4500$us with I Genessis Consulting group and Web 7 Design. It was called '' the biggest online mall ''. They promise me 150000 visitors at least 2x my investment in months and over... I have never made a penny in 1 year and the website is not working for months... Email and phone # are not working ! I am from Canada so where can i file a complaint to get my money back and to STOP those M***** F*****'S from steeling honest people again and again ?

I signed up for their online business and made $0 months later I couldn't get access to the Website. I called them and got a called back that they're having problem and have compensation in place never heard from them. I paid $115 for the domain $500 for the stores.

THEY GOT ME TOO! I was at a very low point in my life and needed something to be hopeful about. I feel so stupid, used and embarrassed. If there is any way of getting restitution for this terrible scam that preys on people like me, someone please let me know. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau a few months ago, but have gotten nothing back from them either. I hope this is being investigated by the right authorities and the perpetrator gets what they deserve. And I hope all of use trusting souls get help as well. Does anyone know if we can file any type of law suit or class action against "Mr. V". I would love to join on. I have all my documentation, notes etc.

Nancy "Buyer beware", unfortunately I am in Australia so I dont think I am able to open up a dispute in your country. As far as my bank goes the initial payment went through in October 2013, so I have probably left it too late to open a dispute with my bank. The 1800 number in Maureen Stickmans post is the number I contact and on Friday they did answer. But still waiting for a phone call to be returned. I suppose I have to put it down to a BAD EXPERIENCE. Again to all that are doing their homework on this company, BUYER BEWARE.

BUT GET THIS THE ADDRESS IS COMING UP AS A UPS STORE. ALSO YOU MIGHT WANT TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANKS, FOR FRAUD. AS YOU NEVER RECEIVED THE SERVICES YOU WERE PROMISED. MY SON'S BANK IS JUST BEING STUPID HOW THEY ARE GOING ABOUT THE INVESTIGATION. SEEMS NO DEPARTMENT REALLY KNOWS WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING. HE'S BEEN SENT TO COLLECTIONS NOW AND WE GET PHONE CALL'S DAILY FROM 5TH 3RD TELLING HIM TO PAY HIS OVERCHARGES. Yes, I too have fallen prey to Web 7 Design/I Genesis Consulting Group. In October 2013 I was called up by a Mike Duncan and Jeff Novello from I Genesis Consulting Group. As I do alot of online shopping from Australia the concept about the new business idea seemed easy. So within a day I had handed this company AUS$5500.00 of my hard earnt cash. My site SaveTimeGoOnline24/7 was created. I had numerous hits on this site and I was to be paid commission once a month. As a few months went by I started to send emails and made several phone calls as there was no return on my monies. There was always an answer and I would give them the benefit of doubt and wait another month or two. It is now June 2014 and I have not been able to contact either gentleman by email or phone call. Their emails that I am sending to them are being returned to my email box. I am unable to leave any phone message or able to speak to someone in person. I now know that I have been SCAMMED. This company even had me sign paper work at the beginning which I had to sign. I am writing this post to warn people of this company. Please don't be a fool like myself. @Ray V Urgoingdwn, please email me about it. I fell into this trap and have called and called and all I get is a voicemail saying this extension can not be reached or is not available. Nobody has kept in contact with me and was told I would get a call back and havn't yet. Please help!

I was offered an online mega store website by Lupe from web7design one month ago. The next day Alvin called and offered a silver level advertising/ promotion package for the said website. The total cost was 1424USD. For, this to date, I have received absolutely nothing. Only a few days later after signing up I realised, suspected a scam in play. I've called their office regularly since then to cancel, asked for a refund ASAP. I can only talk to Carrie, who promised that someone would arrange it and call me back. I'm still waiting.

I am also waiting for a refund and now find the [protected] phone number does not answer. Jim@web7design.com and steve@web7design.com have told me my refund complaint has been passed onto quality control and that my website has been compromised and he would reply within 72hours which was last week. I paid $1615US and as an aged pensioner cannot pay the bills and was promised so much when I joined. I am time rich and $$ poor. I have written to www.fraud.org and am now composing mail for Tom Horne (Attorney General Arizona). I have not had contact with Ray V I spoke to Alvin@web7design.net or vin.nez13@gmail.com. It's Allen I got scammed by web7design 4 weeks ago for a 420USD 500+mega store website and 1000USD of advertising/ promotion. I realized a few days later they are a scam and have been calling daily to cancel, ask for a refund. Carrie takes a message and none of the ### has the guts to call me back. I'd sure like to see Ray V, web7design and his other associated companies go down.
I would like to know how to get all my money back every penny, Ray V urgoingdwn, and how collectively we all can shut down this worthless piece of ### for good. I'd be pleased for your contact details and very appreciative of step by step procedures to recover my money. Thanks Allen.

I paid for membership a couple months ago and after they got my money my website has been under construction and they keep saying it'll be up any day now and they will call me when it's finished to go over everything with me. Now I'm concerned.

Too bad we didn't know it was a SCAM. My son has lost $615.00 and he has not gotten his WEB-SITE "nothing. Steven, Carrie {operator}, Joe, Jimmy, and Bruce and everyone else said "OH" WERE WORKING TO GET THE NEW SERVERS UP AND RUNNING".. Even George was nothing but a con-artist, for he knew a web-site was never going to be designed too. It is nothing but a lie. They need to stop scamming people. I hope all those involved get to see the inside of a jail cell. As for my son's bank "5th 3rd they are a bunch of idiots" We took paperwork over to his branch to show the evidence of his cancellation and to show the them that web-site doesn't exist, but the branch has not faxed the information to the dispute department, so they have nothing on file. The only thing 5th 3d has done is to harass the crap out of us.

I am a former employee for web7. The owner is Ray Valenzuela. He goes by the name Ray V. when people refer to him. any how he is a total piece of ### I mean It is bad enough how we get our money, however ray V rips off everyone from the customer to the sales reps to the lead broker and business partners. I can give anyone detailed info about where the office is located, and yes I know where the old office was on 48th st next to southwest labs, I am talking about the new office behind Starbucks next to dennys just shy of baseline on the east side of the rd, right next to city scape apartments. Look I hate that this guy is still up and running so if you want to know how to get your money back every single penny and close this guys doors for good, then all you have to do is post a reply on here and I will then give my contact info and walk you through how to get every penny back that you spent on his worthless traffic and his worthles social media packages. i promise you if you spent any money with this company you have been scamed that is a fact. you will never earn one single penny and Ray V is to busy paying $2500 bucks a month in rent and blowing his money on worthless other ### to even keep his doors open after just one bad week in sales. if you have spent money with this company you have been scamed if you want it back I will walk you through everything you need to do with your credit card they charged.

I was offered a website from web7design promising that I will earn good commission. after they've collected the money communication stop. I research online for scam website only to find out I'm not the only one who got caught.

They only pay on the 16th of every month, so it will be March 16 before you will see any money, meanwhile, keep working, or cancel before the 30 days are up, so that you get your 30 days of service. be patient.
