Ordered "Free trial" of Acai Berry over internet, paying for postage and packaging only but had to submit bank details to do so. No terms and conditions on the website, something which a member of their staff confirms saying it was removed to update. Ambiguous wording makes you think that you are recieving free trial however 15 days later they take £77 from my account without my knowledge or consent. When I got in touch they say there was small print in terms and conditions to say I would be charged for free trial if I didn't cancel order. Do Not use this company. Not only is it a rip off, the product does not work.
On 14th October I was promised a refund, today is 5th November and no sign of it!! Do not trust this company!!
