BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a product from VisWiss.com - they charged my credit card twice (!) for their male enhancement product. I called their toll free phone number and a call center picked up - they said their name is InTouch and they only handle new orders and cannot help me reverse the second charge.
I sent an email to the company and it bounced back. I used the form on their website expecting to hear back within a few days It has now been a little over two months since I placed the order. I am out my money, no product and no response to my complaint.
I did some research and found others online complaining about no delivery. I can't believe these guys are still in business with such a fraudulent operation.

Damn! I wish I would have seen this a month ago.
Placed an order and never got anything. Sent 4 emails, no response.
This business should be shut down!! WHY DO WE HAVE THESE SCAM BOILERROOM SHOPS IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA?

| Damn. Same thing happened to me. Two charges on my credit card, company will not return emails. My credit card company says its too late to dispute so i reported this company to the bbb. Buyer beware of VisWiss (VisWiss.com)! |

I am a regular customer of ViSwiss. I have purchased ViSwiss several times from ViSwiss.com. I use Google Checkout Facility available on ViSwiss.com. I never feel that ViSwiss is a false company. ViSwiss is a highly reputed company.
ViSwiss also provide Google Checkout facility. You can trust Google Checkout facility to give order. Google Checkout facility never charge repeatedly. |

| I ordered viswiss on ebay and then on the website, it works for me! I had it shipped with USPS priority mail and it cost me only 8 bucks. |

Damn! I wish I've seen this before. I too got ripped off by VisWiss. I actually got charged 4 (four) times!!! I called my credit card company and am going to fight this. I also filed a complaint with my attorney general office in Texas.
Funny how Ramon and Sharon Walter above posted exactly at the same time. This is obviously the guys from VisWiss trying to clear their name. Screw em. Buyer Beware. I got nailed and I'm going to make sure no one ever buys from VisWiss again. |

| Isn't is interesting that all of the complaint comments start with the word "damn", makes me wonder who you really are... If viswiss was a scam - they would never be allowed you use google checkout as a payment method. |

Bought VisWiss over the phone (1-888-524-3327). Been two months. NOTHING! Called them, they keep saying "Sorry mam, this is an order only line".
I called my bank for a charge back but they told me it's past the allowed time for a charge back. Thanks VisWiss!

| Vicerex Scammed me too. My wife told me never to buy online anymore but I wanted to give them a shot and they scammed me. Ended up going with another company and got the goods in 72 hours as promised. |

Is there any law to protect the consumers in this country ?
I had intention to order Viswiss products, but after I read all this negative comments from the past customers i changed my decision.

| After I saw this complaint board I called the company and they gave me a tracking number. Told me it would take seven days to receive the product. I will wait till next Friday and then I will post if I received it or not. |

Oh! Oh! Oh!I purchased items from ViSwiss 10 days ago and had 2days delivery on it but never receive the items. I called their 1888-524-3327 phone number and spoke with some representatives but I was informed they only receive orders and could not help me and I had to go on-line for complaints.
I went on-line and sent a message to their sale representative,I received a reply stating because of the weather conditions in California they are unable to deliver items at this time.
When will weather conditions in California be stable? |

| I received the the bottle of pills on that following Saturday after I submitted my posting. I waited till Monday to try out the pills. I took one to see if I had any side effects. It kind of made me feel a little flush in the face and on the bottle it states if you have these types of side effects to discontinue using product. As far as the product working I did take it the next day to see if the flushing would pass. It was not as bad as the first time I tried it. I fooled around with my spouse and got erection, which I could do on my own already, but just can't always stay focused to maintain a erection, because of distractions and so on. When I climaxed the only thing my spouse and I noticed that my load was more languid and not as thick. Also, as I was on the product I felt a little sting every know and again in my chest area.I don't know if it was just a little anxiety or not but I have not planned to take this product anymore. On the label it says to take 2 pills 60-90 minutes before sexual activity. I don't think I will push the the envelope. It may really work but I will never know. I'll let you decide. |

| Unfortunately I placed a one bottle order and quickly felt uneasy because there was no plant address in the website. Finding your site was invaluable to me confirming my suspicions that this was a scam. I had my bank credit back me/charge back ViSwiss all within 30 minutes of placing the order. I called the 888 number and canceled the order. My bank says No Problem, good thing you caught it. We'll see how it plays out. Viagra is legal - I will stick with that, however it is expensive and does have side effects. |

| Oh no! I thought I would try one bottle since I thought the results were guaranteed. If it only did 5% of what was claimed it would be well worth the try, but this stuff is worthless (except maybe as a placebo). I found out the hard way the guarantee is FOR Viswiss, NOT the customer. When I read their quarantee the way they want you to, I realized that there is no way to get you money back and no way they can ever risk a single penny. This is a scam. I should have read the other sites about Viswiss (like this one ) first. |

The Viswiss people are criminals! Their product states "it works every time!" It didn't work for me and I called to ask for a refund. I was told I could only get a refund on "unopened" bottles. I just bought one bottle, what am I suppoed to do with it? The Order desk people were argumenitive and disrespectful!
Oh how I wish I had read a review of this junk before I wasted $80.00! BTW, they offered 2nd day shipping for extra money, it took 5 days!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, THEY NEED TO BE INVESTAGED AND PROCECUTED! |

But the problem is it has different instruction on the bottle, than what is stated on the website. Also it says you have to be stimulated before it work on you, |
