Useless management
Don't play with employee's life if your not able to run the company close it and run away, Employees are not you pet to stop coming to job the very next day of informing us.
I know your not aware of the thing called notice period since your a such a useless management and its my mistake for expecting professionalism from such a cheap uneducated management peoples.
Its my mistake trusting your HR's words and joining you. At least here after don't cheat any one by saying your are going to achieve " State Of Excellence" and move the entire team to US (LOL) . First of all do you have office in US, Dubai, Australia and all other locations mentioned in your website- I know you don't have any.
If any one have a plan to join here! My advice is a BIG NO. While working in vagus i applied for loan and my loan was rejected because of the name vagus.
The company is a useless one. Satheesh kumar- head of operations should be terminated.
This is the most horrible company to ever work for. You get nothing in this company. You will not get any incentives, no appraisals, no medical benefits, no sick leave absolutely nothing at all.
The last appraisal in that company was 2 years back. If you go ask for your appraisal, they will terminate you by saying no performance from you. You will have to work on all saturdays, you will get no cab.
They have no software projects, no clients absolutely nothing @ all. They do not follow any work culture & break all the rules in labour act.
This is the worst ever bloody comapny to work for. They have no hr manager, they will make you work minimum 10hrs a day & you will not get any ot. No pf, no esi, nothing.
The worst thing is there is an idiot- satheesh(head of operations). That fool does not know anything. He will keep scratching, dig his nose & bite his nails in meetings. He will flirt with all the girls. He is the person who takes all the decissions & it will be soo stupid. If you argue with his decissions he will terminate you immediately.
The hr's working there are soo stupid. They do not know a single word in hr or its concepts. They are all his monkey's who will as satheesh say's.
Hr sathya is the worst. She will copy paste all the hr policies from google.
The trainers prakash, jennifer & noorl have no basic training of qualified trainers. They will speak in tamil & pathetic english comm.Skills.
The total employee strength is only 40- 50 employees(day & night).
Most of the project managers, sr.Managers & talented staff have run away from this company. Attrition rate is very high is this company.
Freshers(software) have to sign a bond for 2 years & they will not give any appraisals.
Plz do not work or join this company ever. They wil tell you all lies during joining. Please dont believe anything.

Such a ### company to work with, people in the top management are manipulating employees like anything treating the employees like puppets. The top of all is PERFORMANCE BASED APPRAISAL, poor appraisal system, appraisal is based on favoritism not based on performance, if u r n d manager's favouriteez list then you ll be given nice appraisal along with arrears even if you are not worth being paid off.

I totally agree with this. I've also worked in Vagus. Initially I didnt know about this complaint and reviewing websites. So I joined that company. They totally stole my incentives of nearly Rs. 45000/- and when they came to know that people are leaving beacuse of this incentives and they are getting a bad review in all the websites they gave come money as incentives which has to be given to them 3 years ago. They also gave mental pressure and made a whole team quit the job just because we said to Sateesh Kumar - Head of Operations that we are expecting our incentives the coming month as we had some plans individually. He wants to keep all the money for himself.
