I ordered samples of three products. Received the samples and was charged for them. I did not request nor do I want the three additional large bottles I was sent and for which I was charge $74.95. I have tried to phone the company for return instructions, but can not reach them or leave a message as their message line is full.

I will return the products and definitely want a refund of the $74.95.

I was also charged $74.76 TWICE for a product I did not order. I am now disputing both charges with my bank. Called and no answer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I also fell victim to the scam of this company. I ordered a trial size which I did not receive, however I received 2 bottles and was billed twice for $74.76. I have also tried to contact the company or get return information. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to get in touch with this company, please let me know.

We appreciate forums such as Complaints Board that allow for customers of all products to vent or state their beliefs concerning a given product. If they like the product, they do nothing and the product continues to come each month. This usually takes less than 5 minutes.
