United Realty Trust Inc review: Fraud and Ponzi 2

Jacob Frydman the CEO has hundreds of lawsuits for fraud against him. Be forewarned.

As an example his most recent and now ex-CFO who sued him for fraud in his Lambdastar Infrastructure Fund (failed & is only a website now) claims that in 2010 Jacob Frydman raided the company for his own benefit and left the company broke. The CFO won the lawsuit against them. The CFO writes in the lawsuit he used the company as a "personal piggy bank by siphoning investor monies from the company’s coffers to distribute money to Frydman”

The company that put the money up for the fund lost it with Frydman (another lawsuit)
