Unauthorized payment taken out of account after canceling the order.

Was charged through my bank after I had already canceled. Now my bank account is totally screwed up and have to pay several hundred in fees because of this charge messing everything up.

I saw your informercial on TV & decided to try your WUYITEA only because it was a free 30-Day Trial. All I had to do is pay $6.95 for shipping & handling. So I called the number to place my order & of course they try to sell you everything else under the sun which I gladly declined everything that you had to offer. Then all of the sudden I was being charged for your TEA without re-ordering the product or even receiving your product until about a week & a half later. Then I was charged for another two shipments of product which I haven't even received. I cannot believe how you people do business. How do you get away with charging people's credit card without prior authorization. I hope this ends up bitting your company in the ass & you get sued up the ass for all your unauthorized charges. This will definately deter me from ever ordering anything else from an informercial again. I want my money credited back to my account which totals $95.39. If I don't get any results within the next two weeks I will be looking at filing a civil lawsuit against your company & I'm sure that there will be a million others who will follow suit.

April 2008 I cancelled and recieved a cancellation number ceb-5163217. On May 27th I was charged again. I called, they said they could not find a cancellation. So they gave me another number 3120839. But Im still in debt for $29.95.

I have been struggling with the same issue everyone else has been. Tonight I finally got confirmation but of course I'll have to wait and see next month on my bank account. I found a number to call on the internet. 1866-396-5711. You have to be patient. I spoke to a customer service representative and he said that he would cancel the product... Did you know the product is a web site for weight loss support that goes with the Wu tea. It's written in very little writing on the contract that you are automaticly signed up for this "service" Anyway, , , He offered me the current month's refund. I was not satisfied and he transferred me to the supervisor "Laurie". She was very helpful and gave me two months of refund and made a cancellation immediately and emailed me the confirmation number. As I said I'll wait to see what happens next month. Good luck to you!

I am going to get a lawyer and sue the basssss if they don't stop charging my credit card. I canceled their shit and they are still adding to my card the losers.

WuYi Tea is a SCAM. They are liars, theives and do not have any morals. I order the tea online and it was free trail I just had to pay for shipping. The tea arrived after a week and a half and after half a week I was charged $60. Since it was not working for me and I returned it after I cancelled the whole stupid thing and I was given an cancelliation number and I thought everthing has been cancelled but it wasn't. After few months I found out that that they had give my credit card number to some other company called WEBACCESS and they were charging 9.95 and 4.95 each month. I called to question how dare they charge me without my authorization they said I agreed to the terms and conditions. Well I did not because it was a free trail offer and you don't charged for it. I was able to get some of the refunds but I am still so angry about what happened. To those who are thinking about getting this please beware of the scam.
