Unauthorized charges!

Complimentary ring tones caused me to get charged for things I do not want, then when resigning my request I get "not recognized". Can't find away to cancel!!!

I don't have a clue how this company got my phone number. Why should I be charged when I was not given the option of yes I want the option or no I don't want the option. Any ideas of how to cancel this unwanted charged to my cell phone bill? I did try sending a text to the company, and got back "Sorry the keyword does not match up with any services offered by CSW."

I paid for something i thought was a one time free ringtone and agreed to your service when i found out that is was saying a monthly charge i hurried and canceld and was charged anyway that was payment for my monthy cell service so please credit it back before YESTERDAY thank you very much Amy.

I went directly to SPRINT they were able to Unsubscribe simply by replying to they're text message with...(STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE)
Seconds later I had a reply that I was Unsubscribed. I hope this helps all who have fell for this con.

Why is there not a dang number to cancel and weather u want to cancel or not there is visabley no way to cancel, i am feed up when i also tried too cancel, it told me that it doesent understand the command, i wanted to throw the dang phone, but if anyone knows what to do please let me know at kmy68gem@aol.com...HELP
